This location had always been pleasant when I've had to mail or drop off packages. However, today I walked in and was hit with a BIG cloud of cigarette smoke. The office was so hazy I couldn't hardly open my burning eyes. It smelled horrible and not to mention I couldn't breathe. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke and had to take a treatment as soon as I left. I will Not be Back!

I have always had a great experience here! The staff is extremely friendly and always try to find you the best deal. I feel like it is reasonably priced and very convenient. They even offer a punch card where you can get a package for free. There are some toys and gifts to choose from in the store, as well as packaging materials. They sell envelopes, boxes, and packing tape. They ship nearly everything!! I use this place to ship things quite often. I just wish they took Amazon returns too!

I decided to visit this location because Kroger didn't have what I needed. This empty location charged me $18 to sent one envelope. One week later I went to the USPS and they charged me $7.50 for the same envelope. They are a rip off and scam artist. Stop going to this place so they can go out of business and a better business can move in.

I have shipped things from this location multiple times and have never had any issues. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I will be trying to schedule notary services here in the near future and will update my review afterwards.

My husband and I both agreed, that we have to write this review.Ariana was amazing! We went there yesterday, to mail a used MacBook to my cousin. Since it’s an international shipping, there are so many paperwork to do. It took a while, but during the whole time, she was so patient, so professional. I could not ask any better customer service. Thank you Ariana!

I guess I should have read the reviews before coming here. Horrible customer service. Ran over to Copy Solutions by cebollas and they were more than happy to be nice and helpful!
