    Stay local , pay local. Too many corporate businesses infiltrate neighborhoods and outbid the local guy. Often. . Times forcing them to sell , and possibly work for them. Tradesman we have , if it takes a village , let's let the villagers earn the land , and let the corporations dry up where they stand.
