Not happy with this location. Definitely not the same caliber of customer service as other branches. The tellers are good; the management and loan people all need retrained. I would avoid unless you enjoy empty promises, long wait times and excuses.

Partner's 1st CU has a lot of amazing benefits and I'm glad my husband & I chose to use them for our checking, savings and car loan. Unfortunately, when I signed us up for our account (checking & savings) I requested for my husband and I to both have debit cards and for a box of checks. We only received one debit card for me, no checks and no extra debit card for my husband. It is unfortunate that it takes 7-10 business days to receive all of these things, when I already waited 1.5 weeks to receive it before. Overall, we will have had to wait 3 weeks approx to receive both debit cards and our box of checks. The CU location itself is very nice and everyone is friendly!

Wish Partners 1st had spent more time trying to merge with General Credit Union. GCU was so nice and helpful and always tried to make one feel welcome. Tried to keep account at Partners 1st when the transition came but could not. If Partners 1st welcomed us back, we would consider.

Partners 1st has been my primary financial institution since I moved to Fort Wayne in 1984. I can always count on cheerful and outstanding service from everyone there. Fees are not applied for any common services, including ATM access. Where fees are applicable, they're lower than any bank. I've had first mortgage, second mortgage, and car loans at rates as good or better than any bank in town - and I can always count on them continuing to service the loans rather than sell them to another institution. On-line services are also first-rate. After trying many other places for years, I generally don't even bother anymore since I know I won't do better.

Partners 1st worked for me great. I highly recommend paying them a visit, I'm very positive that they will be able to help you and get you in the right direction like they did to me. Cynthia is the manager there and she's the one to talk to, excellent person to deal with.

I have to say, I have never been treated so well or looked after by any other loan officer in such a manner. Cynthia V. is AMAZING! She will make sure you have covered every angle option and detail. We were recommended to her by Best Deal Auto in Auburn Indiana for a truck loan. We got what we needed and then some. I foresee a long relationship with this Credit Union.

The people are always friendly. I havent had any mistakes on banking whatsoever. I really like the new redesigned website. The online banking is much easier than before. I like the fact I can seen what cards are attached to my accounts. I can disable cards if I want. The ability to transfer money from Partners 1st to other banks is real simple to do. It avoids writing checks to people or going to the ATM. Overall it has an excellent experience!

The people are always very polite when I walk in, however I HATE their online banking app. It's slow and hard to navigate. When it gives me an available balance, it is never my available balance. Overall, an awful job on updating the new website and online app.
