Typically, I would rather go to the dentist and get teeth pulled than to go to an auto garage; however, Dwayne and the crew are the best and I am always impressed with their work and diligence. Highly recommended!

Seemed very unhelpful and just a bit sketchy. I submitted year/make/model and request for a quote on a heater core flush. (Heat is out in the truck, I flushed it last year and it worked great. Really didn't want to mess with in the garage again)
The email response was: They start at $139, but a lot of times the heater core needs replaced.
OK, I gave you the vehicle info, how can you not give me a (somewhat) solid price on a service??
Second, he jumped straight to "It'll probably need replaced"....
A heater core replacement runs in the ball park of $1000.
I responded... College, work, don't have the money.... So on and whatever.
As soon as I said I wouldn't be able to afford the replacement, the guy stopped answering my emails. Not, "Well bring it in and we'll see what we can do".. Just straight to "Well if you can't afford a full replacement, we're done here"
I did get the coolant and heater core both flushed, everything works great now....
Be careful what these guys tell you please.
