Applied here for a position. While it didn't work out it seemed to have an amazing business practice for the employees! Place is surprisingly bigger on the inside. Worth it for any one that wants great service for their animals or a job!

Paw's-n-Claw's Pet Care Palace is phenomenal! They are a small business that is locally owned and operated, and they truly care about all of their animals. Not to mention their staff are wonderful and very friendly! Theo, our Australian Shepherd, has been in their DayPlay program since he was a young puppy, probably 5-6 months old. I can't believe he will be turning two in July. He can't wait to celebrate his 2nd birthday with his doggy friends this summer at the Palace!Paw's-n-Claw's Pet Care Palace does a wonderful job of engaging the animals through mental stimulation, exercise, and different types of play. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone look for a full-service care center for their pet. We have used their DayPlay and boarding services, and will be starting grooming soon as well. Check out Paw's-n-Claw's Pet Care Palace today! I promise you won't regret it!

We have gone to groomers all over the Michigan and Indiana areas for 11 years. Paws n Claws does the most professional looking job of anyone we have tried. We have had Newfoundlands and Bernese Mountain Dogs, so grooming has been a consistent part of our lives. They are not the cheapest, but when our dog comes back, he looks like he is ready for the show ring. I can tell he enjoys it as well.

This is the only place in town we trust to take care of our little old babies. They staff is very friendly, and they took very good care of our 15yo pug mix and dachshund. The pug has hip problems, and after the reception area everything is level. You can also get add-ons like a Disney movie night with popcorn as well as personal snuggle time for nervous/attachment issue pups. We always get daily pictures. They never forget to send them, but the timing varies

Was very rude and unprofessional when it comes to people in need. I needed help rehousing an animal and I got nothing but cussed out and disrespected for absolutely no reason! I wouldn't trust your pet with someone this heartless!

Took my dog here for a "Consult." They said she was too anxious and I should try Von Aries. So I told them I have been taking my dog (German Shepherd) to Von Aries since she was 1 year old. They love her as does Ruff House. The lady proceeded to tell me as I was about to drop her off that they have lost a German Shepherd before. I was also shocked their kennels are stacked on top of one another with a very tight squeeze. Apparently, they are not familiar with the German Shepherd breed. This breed is very anxious at first but they can eventually settle down. I also have a friend who took their dog to this place and they told her the same thing that her dog was too anxious. Just so unprofessional. I tell everyone to never bring their dog here.**in response to their comment: I like many others take my dog to other places because one place might be booked so I need to find another. To which isn’t a bad thing.Nope I got nothing confused. You told me my dog was too anxious and should try Von Aries to which I said she’s been going there for awhile. Then your worker was surprised. Now you’re stating my dog showed aggression? When first it was anxiousness? As soon as she stepped in the smallest room known to man to which you call your “kennels”. Dogs that were stacked to the ceiling in kennels were growling and barking at her. Sorry dogs bark ??♀️It’s apparent in any of your low review comments you take no responsibility of anything negative happening. Unprofessional.

My pitpull has a great time when she goes there. They give you a little report at the end of their stay (for boarding) how they did while they were there. It was a nice little note left in her bag, when we picked her up.

6/25/2023 Edit: You know EXACTLY who I am. I am the Kara Meyer that got Covid while at work and you were absolutely coldhearted about the entire situation and tried to force me to come back to work before my test results were even in. I'm the Kara Meyer you took to court to appeal my unemployment for being out sick with Covid and losing my job. Then you dropped out of court cus you knew you were about to lose. You owe me an apology for what you put me through. I sure hope you treat your current employees better.

I took my dog, Tucker, there for the first time on 3/20/23. Tucker was a nervous and anxious little fellow but your professional care was wonderful. A special thank you to Miranda for doing an amazing job grooming Tucker, especially given the fact that he was antsy. Staff offered fantastic service along with being polite, friendly and professional. Already scheduled my next grooming session. I highly recommend Paw's-Claw's.Donna

Our Border Collie mix isn't a fan of getting groomed. The staff of Paw's-n-Claw's was patient and professional, and our pup looks amazing.
