The staff are very professional, helpful, go above and beyond to provide great customer service, and knowledgeable. Their prices are lower on the items I usually purchase at a pet store. They have a great selection of products. I won’t go anywhere else.

Big red haired lady that worked on 7/30 and was holding a ferret is incredibly shitty!!!! She got a ferret out and other people came up and pet it then when my husband and I came up she yanked the ferret back and made us put hand sanitizer on but nobody else 🤣🤣.
