Would give zero stars if I could. The staff treated me like I was an idiot, and didn't care that the pet I bought for my daughter died less than 24 hours after purchase. There was no offer of replacement and they wanted to argue about refunding the total cost I paid. Worst customer service ever! Will never shop there again

One star because I have to. Nail grind was part of my dog's package, it did not get done. Teeth brushing was supposed to be done, def wasn't. Last time I got him groomed at a different location, I picked him up and he smelled so good and clean. This time he smells like dirty and wet dog. They were done in 1 hour instead of 2-3 because they clearly didn't do half of what they were supposed to. Will be contacting corporate. Don't take your animals here. Go to the location off of Maysville road even if it's out of your way.
Also, the employees did not tell my husband they had a new policy about pickup when he dropped the dog off. They just called us when they finished (way earlier than expected) and said we had an hour to pick him up or we would pay a fee. Utterly ridiculous.

I brought my 2 yr old Mini Aussie in and was so very well pleased with her cut and bath! Baby was so calm and wasn’t in distress when she came out, we were so pleased with Michelle’s service today!! Michelle this has been the best cut I have ever seen her have!! Thank you Michelle for such a great job with our fur baby!! She also got a little toy and a cute little scarf 💕💕💕 I will be coming back!! Thanks again Michelle!!

A huge Thank you to Crystal, Victoria, and Regina! This store went above and beyond for me. I am doing an emergency rescue and had to get a few things that we didn’t have anymore. I placed an online order the night before that apparently never went through (I was charged the full price) I explain the situation to them and am honest about what I got and how much I spent. They were so amazing and let me take the items I had said I ordered and even gave me a bigger bag of treats because they didn’t have what I ordered. I called corporate and they couldn’t find it either but the money was taken out. I received my items and will continually be back here for my rescues needs, as they’ve earned a loyal customer at this location!
