I purchased quite a few toys at first because I had trouble finding toys that my puppy would not destroy in an hour or two. Once I came to this location instead, the staff were so very helpful recommending toys that were more durable. He hasn't destroyed any of these yet!:)

Very annoying and no thoughts or cares about the birds caged there.. litteraly saw a woman for five or more minutes let the small white dog bark and put its paws all over the bird enclosure. Totally stressing out the birds. Next time I will make them cry for their ignorance.

If you shop here for your pet friend… buyer beware. Inspect the product before purchase. As I was in a rush to get in and out I did not… when I got home I found myself disgusted by the discovery of maggots in these treats purchased from this store.

This store continues to get worse and worse for customer service especially the cashiers. Now they bag your groceries and put them behind them and then stand there and watch while you load them back in the cart. This is just the latest Ina series of no customer service

This might sound petty but I'm tired of it. This has been the 3rd time I have been here in a month with the same experience at the register. No hi, how are you? Did you find everything OK? Nothing. No introduction or welcome. Just your total is X, press if you want to donate, here's your receipt. Interaction finished. Cashier leaves my multiple items on the conveyer belt, doesn't even put them in the plastic bags sitting right there, let alone even ASK if I would like a bag. Instead, they just leave everything clumped right by the scanner and instead, leave it up to the customer to pile up all their stuff and carry it out, bag it themselves, or have to ask, hey can I have a bag? Where is the customer service, Petsmart? Is it too hard to train employees on how to interact with people? Or to train them to say something like thanks, have a great day, or some kind of conclusion like that? Mind you, this is the 3rd time and I think the 3rd separate person. Guess it's the world we live in now. Poor reflection on management and a company if they can't even train their employees to have basic customer service. Thanks for reading my rant whomever you are.
