I have used my Petsmart customer card for 20+ years at the checkout, all over the country. Today, the cashier told me due to an update in their "system" the card is no longer honored and he wanted my phone number. No! My phone number is none of his business. And I'm not broadcasting it to everyone in the checkout line, either! If my customer card is no longer honored at Petsmart, it's time to shop somewhere else. My personal information is personal!

Horrible experience. Told me that they would not sell me a fish. I wanted to build a small tank for my dorm, told me that I would be torturing the fish by putting it in a small tank. When I showed them the tank that THEY sold, they said it was not a fish tank, the tank had a sticker that said AQUARIUM on it. Absolutely ridiculous. When they said it was too small for a fish I pointed out that they keep beta fish in 3 ounce cups for months at a time to sell the. They refused my business and now I will never shop at a pet-smart again. Would be a zero if I could.

CAT OWNERS BEWARE!!! Took my girl here to get groomed and THIS is what I paid $89 for!!! Manager was RUDE and unapologetic! The groomer had no idea what she was doing! She claimed that my toothless cat tried to bite her! I was charged extra for this and the grooming was stopped before it was finished. No bath was given but I was charged for one. My cat has never been aggressive in her life! She has been groomed plenty of times! The only difference is this place and these people! Groomer: Drewed
I paid before I saw her or I would have walked right out without giving them a dime! No apologies and no refunds were issued!
Edit: just discovered one of her nipples was cut during the "grooming" process!

Always friendly staff and they do a great job with Oakley’s haircut. We’ve had experiences where other groomers “poodle our doodle” but petsmart has always outdone themselves! All of the groomers are very professional and treat Oakley well. Highly recommend!
