I was visiting from out of state and had occasion to have my elderly dog seen . I have lived a lot of places and been to a lot of vets . This is the best place I have ever been ! Dr Block was absolutely amazing and took so much time to make sure my dog got great care . The tech was just as amazing and was so good to my dog . I told my family members who live there all about it .

I can't speak highly enough about the care my dog has received from the staff at Pine Valley Veterinary Clinic. After getting the run around for months from a very highly regarded clinic that's much closer to our house I started calling around. From the jump PVVC was the first place that didn't make me feel like getting someone on the phone was an inconvenience. My dudes ears were extremely infected. It wasn't enough to qualify for an emergency, but needed to be addressed quickly. They got him in the same day and treated him with so much kindness and care. It was great. We had our follow up today and was met with that same level of care. I'm not one who has a lot of triggers, but I was asked before his vaccinations if I needed to leave before they got out any needles. That meant a lot to me. They care about their humans as much as the pets. Even though it's out of the way, I will continue to support Pine Valley Veterinary Clinic because honestly, they provide a level of care I've barely recognized in hooman hospitals.

Is every veternary in Indiana just out for money and don't care about the welfare of pets. Im new here; have all my pets records and can't start the process of getting my pets acclaimated to a vet. Michigan has much better veternarians and this is the 3rd one I have tried. I am vetting them to see if they are right for my pet; I am not gonna start out with the full treatment plan. Only want money

Pine Valley vet clinic is awesome! They were so sweet with my Cat for her spay and chip surgery! They always flood my kitty with compliments, treats, and lots of love. I can call with any questions and the staff is just so kind! Highly recommend

I take both my pups to pine valley vet. They're always super friendly and fabulous with my pups! They answer any questions I have and always put my anxiety at ease when something is wrong with one of my pups. We all know what it's like being a fur momma.

When calling to inquire about cost of services for annual care for cats and dogs, the person who answered the phone Jenna, was extremely patient and informative with such a positive attitude and helping me understand the cost of what services are. She walked me through what each individual service would cost and how much that would equate up to per year including the cost of preventative flea, heartworm, and other worm medicine. This is definitely helped me in choosing where

Took my soon to be one year old Husky to the clinic for eye irritation, excessive eye buggers, and discomfort. The doctor was extremely rude the entire time. When I was asking questions about the prescribed medication and eye drops she was rushing us out! Fast forward days later, my dog cannot see! We ran many test on him including putting his favorite toy in front of his face and waving it, he didn't flinch. It breaks my heart that this happening to my dog right now! This could of probably been prevented if the doctor wasn't so stuck up her butt!

They were very thoughtful & passionate when we brought our beloved cat Chanel in sick. We had to make a very hard decision, one that you dread making. They were very patient and understanding through the whole process. They also sent in the mail a paw print of hers with her name engraved, along with a beautiful message! Thank you for all that you do!

Great experience here bringing my Mom's senior cat. He did great...was not scared at all. He is long haired and had several hair mats that they combed out or shaved off if they needed to do that. He looks and feels great. Once in the past, we took him to a "groomer," to get rid of his mats and they totally shaved him...that was an awful experience. This was an excellent experience all around. They also called us the next business day to let us know his blood results looked good. I think my Mom feels good about bringing him back for help with his mats and healthcare in the future. I know I do!
