“We visited the U.S. Post Office on Clinton Road for a scheduled passport renewal appointment. Even though I had booked the appointment online (and received a confirmation text), for some reason it did not show up in their system or on Google’s appointment side. Despite this confusion, the staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. I would like to commend this staff member, Beth.
We were helped by Beth, who was kind, professional, and efficient. They were able to take care of our passport renewal on the spot, which was especially important because we’re leaving in four weeks.

“Arrived at 9 AM was 6th in line. I had 7 packages to ship out. Only one lady working counter and she was wonderful, I was out at 9:21. She was pleasant to all and even looked up a zip code I had forgotten to put on package. She needs a big pat on back.”

“I only have one day off of work a week and that day is often full of appointments that are very stressful to me and put a lot of strain on my body. I drove all the way to this office and even though I arrived last minute trying to prevent a panic attack in the lobby, the staff was so gentle and helpful with me. Their kindness made my day, I wouldn't have been able to get the packages out in time for Christmas at all if they hadn't shown such generosity. 10/10 best staff ever, I don't know what I would've done if they hadn't helped me.”
“I was a little nervous coming here after reading some of the negative reviews. I even tried calling the day before and couldn’t get through, which is definitely something they could improve on.
That said, my actual experience at this Post Office was excellent. I worked with Lisa at the counter, and she went above and beyond to help me with a delivery issue. The problem wasn’t even the Post Office’s fault, it had more to do with my new building not being set up for mail yet, but Lisa took the time to listen, was patient, kind, and even had a great sense of humor while working through it with me.
I walked in expecting frustration and left feeling impressed with how friendly and helpful she was. I know people are usually more motivated to post reviews when they’ve had a bad experience, so I wanted to share the other side. My visit today was nothing but positive, and I really appreciated Lisa’s professionalism and empathy.
Aside from the phone issue, my experience here was a pleasure. I'm giving it 5 stars despite the phone issue cause of how impressed I was with the customer service at this station.”
