I was looking for an apartment and this place seemed ideal. I planned to apply but until I spoke with the leasing agent on the phone and how rude she was with me and made me feel like she didn't have time to answer my questions. She never even asked my name or anything just tried to get me off the phone as soon as possible. I will be going elsewhere. I don't recall her name but I think it started with a T. She did say she was the leasing agent. I am taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve lived at Preston Pointe for five years. The first two years at this complex were great going into the third year. Things started to get bad. The last two years have been even worse from the trash to the neighborhood parking and the Excessive noise around the complex . There is no order for the teenagers that are bullies and very disrespectful to their neighbors. Going to the apartment maintenance orders are never filled. I’ve yet to get my carpet redone every time it rains it floods into the front door of my property. My ceilings are cracking and my walls are two different colors. It’s always issues in this complex. Rent café work just fine and then they got this new app to pay rent which is horrible. Every time I try to pay they tell me there’s an issue I talk to Management in the office and no one seems to know what’s going on but they are quick to charge you a late fee. not to mention there is never anyone in the office that can help you with anything or knows anything, there’s always a major overturn with employees in the office. If you have issues , Matters are not handled adequately. I’ve been subject to racist behavior from people that was in the office on several different occasions, Because staffing is so bad. I have the worst neighbors ever. I’ve complained about these neighbors for the last year and nothing has yet to be done. I really wouldn’t recommend anyone moving in here and if you do, don’t get a downstairs unit if you live in a downstairs unit all the noise and chaos from the upstairs units u will hear . The walls are not soundproof so u will be subject to long nights and short days of no peace nor sleep. Preston pointe has poor management and poor apartments. I am happy to say this will be my last year here.

I wish I could givezero stars this is a horrible place to live I been living here 2yrs. Trust I been looking for some where else to move. But they have had 4 management since I been living here. They double charged me on my rent and rental insurance trust I set up appointments to get it fixed. Soon as I get it fixed here comes a new management to mess it up all over again. The apartments compliance are old and will go quick to mess up toilets when I moved in I gave it 6monthes toilet flooded my floors and the water heater goes out stove pilot went out dishwasher NO GOOD. UPSTAIRS CRACKED MY WHOLE KITCHEN CEILING. THE LIST GOES ON AND ON. THERE IS NO COOPERATE NUMBER I CALLED ANYONE HUD INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT. THEY TOLD ME KIDDLE LLC IS THE OWNER. IM OVER IT. NO ONE CONTACTED ME OR LEFT A VOICEMAIL

This place is terrible apartment s are nice.chaged management about 10 times in my 2 years. Cannot get any maintinece .. no controlover the kids there . Very dirty.

Do not move here the staff has changed several times in less than a 2 year span they lost my paperwork several times the upstairs apartment flooded into my apartment and no one did anything but clean my carpets when I complained about the mildew smell they would not transfer me they will not fix anything. When you send in a maintenance request they do not respond for example I requested that electrical outlets that were not working and one in particular had sparks flying out and it was not looked into since the original maintenance man came in and told me the wording was incorrect in my apartment I’ve sent in several request after that and noting was done. I spent nearly the entire summer without ac I have called and made request and complained and noting was done until I threatened to call the board of health. I have done most of the repairs myself there is now visible water damage and potential mold and I have said something and still nothing has been done I have also advised that I have long COVID and breathing issues they do not care. There are pot holes all over the complex trash is just thrown everywhere, they did not do a walk through when I moved in they did not clean I had to pay for this to be done. There are children roaming the complex in droves unattended and unsupervised they take over the gym and other amenities so you can’t use them in peace. The mail boxes are sometimes left opened and exposed even the mail service people complain about it mail goes missing sometimes. The office is primarily closed because of overwhelming complaints it has been a complete nightmare since I moved here I implore anyone to search really well before considering to move here

Supposedly there is a 24 hour maintenance emergency line to call if you have an emergency. We tried calling it and nobody answered and the voice mail box is full. Glad they take these things seriously.

We really wanted to live here. We fell in love with the apartments when we found them online. Went to the office to ask about doing a tour because they refused to answer my emails and phone calls. The lady at the front desk did not seem interested in our being there. She didn’t offer a tour of anything. Had a demeaning tone. Don’t recommend this place if that’s how potential tenants are treated.

I spoke with the Regional Manager and Dustin. The Regional Manager was helpful and professional by setting up an appointment with Dustin. Dustin was kind enough to show me two different apartments. The staff shortage is noticed and they have a sign posted that they have a staff shortage. Both did a very nice job under the circumstances.

I mean does anyone even work in the office. I have called and left voice mails the last 2 or 3 months. I never have gotten a single call back. How do people even live there??

They are trying to take my voucher for section 8 they been avoiding me not a happy person I am homeless with my kids need a home now they are messing with my babies not a place to live due to all the killings and violence out there the office is never open no one never answers the phone smh very bad for business

Seriously HI Management! I came to the office & found new staff watching tv in the clubhouse but doors LOCKED in the afternoon. Literally almost daily nobody will open the office. Why would you hire a staff who's too lazy to open the office yet the old staff had that open office opened every day. Try keeping staff instead of hurting the residents by forcing out good people. CRIME is back up, trash is everywhere, and nothing is done. We are angry and can not live where we have a staff who is more SKETCHY than the criminals that live here! I worked in HR for over 20 yrs and your shuffling & hiring of staff is unexceptable! It figures, we finally had good ppl in the office, and you force them out! This place is a joke! Myself and many will be moving. BTW, try doing background checks before hiring. Your new regional manager's a thief with access to hundreds of apts!! Unbelievable !!

Staff changes constantly. Worst managment company. Can't keep anyone. Doors are always locked, office closed, no one answers the phone!!!

Imagine hiring a regional manager and not running a background check on her because she is friends with Kelly the director of property management and because they know her check fraud will show up on it. If you dare use a check or money order, make sure you don't hand it to Misty the new Fort Wayne regional.Also if you are section 8, you might want to look else where for housing. Heard through the grapevine that they are not fixing section 8 issues so HAP contracts will terminate. Being section 42 LIHTC property; they are required to take section 8.If you plan on renting here, you better just call the corporate office and talk to them because no one is going to be in this office. House Investments out of Carmel, Indiana. Maybe ask for Kelly the director of property management or Tim the owner.

It’s impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. I live here and I have called in the last week everyday, multiple times a day with the same voicemail over and over. I’ve left multiple vms and no one returns the calls. For us ppl that work during your office hours, the phone is our only option since you stopped Saturday walk ins. I pay 931 for an apartment and my plumbing is terrible. Water comes in when it rains or the snow melts and the heater at the bottom of the stairs doesn’t even work in the winter. I lived here twice and the first time was awesome. This time it’s a headache living here. I can wait til my lease is up. Horrible communication with this new management.
