Leisa Wiley was one of our best customer service experiences of all time. She was so helpful and professional for the refinance of one of our vehicles, that we also wanted her service and her expertise on our new vehicle loan.

Public Service has got your back. Specifically, Todd R. I recently ran into an issue with my vehicle and he went to war for me in the best way. He worked quickly and efficiently and made me feel very taken care of. It’s nice to know that when things happen, you have great people in your corner. Thank you Todd! You are the best! Todd Rettig was my loan officer who facilitated my cars loan , he’s very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to processed my loan application and closed it in less than 4 hours . He is very good in this field . I’m very satisfied with the help he provided me to get my loan and I also love my bank and all their staffs .

Seeking service from a financial institution is quite often a less than pleasurable experience, but Public Service Credit Union and Ms. Carrie Abplanalp are a notable exception. I am over 70 years old and somewhat slow to respond, which can be annoying to someone trying to accomplish as much as they can within a workday, but Ms. Abplanalp was extremely patient and kind while completing my loan application with efficiency, accuracy and professionalism. To those who aspire to excellent customer service, Ms. Abplanalp is the standard to meet.
