I found Riverwoods Flooring on a flooring blog randomly. Some person recommended them and then 7 other people commented and said they used them too so I figured why not look into them.I was hesitant to purchase online and out of state but we had an excellent experience with Riverwoods. I inquired with Laura to get pricing and process information. She was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely quick with responses to questions.Pricing was unmatched. I purchased the material for 53% less per sq ft than what local stores were quoting me with no sales tax and received free shipping. Shipping was incredibly fast. I ordered 1200 sq ft. of material on a Monday and it arrived by the following Tuesday in perfect condition on a pallet. Floors were installed this week and they are beautiful. Purchasing through Riverwood was easy and so cost effective. Would highly recommend!

I am so happy with my purchase. I have been shopping floors for my new build for over 2 years. I finally settled on Coretec XL LVL. I had a decent quote from a local dealer, a little more than I wanted to spend, but I loved the floor! I googled the floor so I could send the specs to my husband and was surprised to find the floors on Riverwood's website for a fraction of the price plus free shipping and no sales tax! This purchase saved me $5k! I ordered the flooring and it arrived within a week! My only complaint was I didn't receive much notice that the floors were being delivered (10 mins)! Fortunately, I lived next door and was able to meet the driver. The delivery guy was fantastic and got the floors as close as he could to my garage being the driveway was gravel. He was polite, pleasant, clean-cut, and accommodating I highly recommend this company!

Riverwood Flooring was amazing to work with. They were courteous and informed when I called to order my Coretec Duxbury Oak vinyl plank flooring. It was delivered promptly and they had the best price on the internet. I would highly recommend.

Laura answered all my questions and is an absolute pleasure to work with. We had some deliver mishaps but she’s on top of it when it comes to communication. I will be ordering my floor from her from here on out. Pictures will be posted soon or finished product.

Riverwoods Flooring was great from the start. I inquired on a price quote and they got back to me right away, answered all my questions and was patient and helpful. They were accommodating with the purchase and delivery scheduling. It also helps that they were the cheapest per sq.ft even with shipping to NY.

Great overall experience! I called 14 flooring companies and Riverwoods had good reviews and the best price. Service was great. Purchase was easy. Flooring was delivered in the expected time frame and in good condition. I would do business with these guys again.

We purchased our flooring through Riverwood Flooring. We made a large order and it was pretty scary for me to make such a large purchase online. I dealt with Laura and she was very knowledgeable and extremely reassuring. We made the order the flooring was delivered a week or so later. Laura did a GREAT job helping with our order, color selection, costs, and ordering. Riverwoods delivered within 2 weeks of ordering (2700 ft) and the materials are better than expected. I googled the flooring that I wanted and Riverwoods Flooring came up. I called them and they answered immediately. They were able to fill the order in my cart, I entered my information, and it was delivered in less than two weeks right to my doorstep, four states away from IN. They were able to get it off the truck and into our garage quickly. Not to mention, we saved half the cost of this flooring compared to my first quote! Thank you Riverwoods!

Quick response time to my initial email inquiry. Received samples in the mail very quickly. Followed up 5 months later to place order and the process was extremely smooth. The time between order and delivery was much shorter than I expected. Overall a great experience. We have not yet installed the flooring.
