What an absolute waste of time. We were suggested to this bank for the PPP loan from our accountant. We worked for days to get Mr. Dunlavy all of the documents needed for the loan, and received a soft approval. Then at the end of the process You tell us you won't make the deposit because we weren't preexisting customers, don't you think that probably should have been the first question asked? Now we are scrambling to find an approved lender last minute due to your huge oversight and made up company policy. Do not trust this financial institution, there is clearly a lack of integrity. All because of a policy you clearly made after the process for this loan had started.

Horrible bank! Holds transactions which leads to errors and overdraft fees. Shady dealings indeed. I will be changing banks in the very near future. I was given misinformation concerning a request for new checks. This led to an overdraft as they processed the charge for the checks incorrectly. Currently I have 7 pending transactions 4 are from last week. Shady shady dealings.

Associates are very helpful and professional. The change-over from Salin to Horizon has been very smooth and uneventful. The services provided are inclusive and helpful like a "big bank," yet they are a "small bank" assisting the needs of each individual customer. Kudos to the associates and the organization of Horizon, based in Michigan City.
