From the street driving up in the area, there will be a giant sign that you can't miss. This store is located between Popeyes and a Fairfield hotel right across from a Home Depot. The store hours are located in front of the entrance door. What I did enjoy about coming in here is how well organized all the items are on display. This is a wonderful place if you're looking for affordability. If you're thinking about throwing away items, you're not going anywhere to do it. You no longer want to keep think about how others could benefit and why not donate it. I was rather surprised to see certain items. I think you will too if you come here and give it a look.

The most unorganized women working today, 2 ladies cashing out the register before closing and could have waited to do this at closing. The other lady didn’t know how to run the other register. There was a long line waiting to check out.

Typical thrift shop. This one is large and spacious with lots of room to wander around. Plenty of clothing as well as household goods. Clean, quiet, tidy. Worth a look if you're hoping for a bargain.

I bought a coffee maker from them yesterday 9/20/24 at this store and it was broken didn't even work this morning. What a great way to start the morning, right? On top of it when I went to return it for at least store credit the manager told me no and was very nasty with me. Robin the store manager if you come across her dont be surprised by her demeanor stay clear from her if possible go to a store worker they are nicer and better at explaining how things work here.
And where the test station was it wasn't even visible with no sign to point out this option. She said they dont test the products before they put them out anymore. I really wonder why that is and they just made some free money off of me and I hope it goes to a good cause.
Just make sure your merchandise is inspected be careful because they don't have any return policy like at least the Goodwill does amd respects customers and their purchases. They are definitely not the best at this clearly.

This facility is very crowded barely any room to walk. My husband used there bathroom and no toilet paper. And I used the woman's bathroom and feeces all over the floor and toilet. I refuse to go back. There parking lot is also way too small

This is the second time I have been at the store and been greeted with nothing, but bad attitudes screaming and a disgusting taste in my mouth. So I walk in and I go back to the dresses. I am not able to stand up for long periods of time so I took the cart inside the handicapped dressing room so I could sit while trying in as well as not have to go out five times in front of everyone in the store grab six more items. I was in dressing room, but no longer than two minutes. I hear a rude af.20 something screaming from across the store. “ GET THE CART OUT NOW” I can tell you I walked right out of that dressing room and I will never be back. It’s a donation store that is a nonprofit . They act like. It’s a Gucci store and they aren’t on work release working this job. I will never again donate to Salvation Army or will I ever be stores again? I’m done.

I Visited this store on Saturday 24th of June 2023 and very disturbed by the high prices of the donated items they had on the shelf's marked just about or at what I can buy at my local retail store BRAND NEW.Please train the person who is doing the pricing your store ,and please train your staff in greeting people when we walked in no one greeted us .
