Life is a strange journey; ironically I met George for the same reason I lucked into Tiffani. The Life Storage acquisition; while I was working with Jeff Rice and for Bonnie Sweeney. I just had the pleasure of meeting Veteran and amazing man Cleveland. He is my brother from another mother. I thought I was the only one who took the lowest level position in a company because I wanted too. Nope and Cleveland even drives an Audi. George is a true educator and amazing story teller. Cleveland and myself are two peas in a pod having very similar tastes in life. ?✅?”

“We recently moved from Auburn IN to St Simons Island GA. From my first phone call with Hoover the Mover, they were so kind and helpful. Javon came out to give us an estimate. Super nice and explained everything in detail. Trish, the move coordinator, to this day is still very kind and friendly and helpful. Throughout the process she called to check on how things were going. Harold and his crew who packed us were thorough and patient with us. They did a great job. We only had one broken item, which was not a big deal. Angel, who delivered our things, he and his crew worked steadily in the heat and humidity and unloaded our things efficiently and quickly. I received a text message from him letting me know what time to expect him. That truck pulled up exactly on time. We highly recommend Hoover the Mover. I like the look of the facility and the fact the unit I rented was very clean was a plus. She insisted I go look at it before she would rent to me. I liked that!!! “Due to a clerical error I was unable to get into the unit assigned to me. Due to the delay, I was upgraded to larger, climate controlled unit at the smaller, non-climate controlled price. The storage area is clean, unit doors are intact, no broken glass, trash laying around. While the hallway for the units has adequate lighting, there are no lights in the unit itself.”

“Like most storage facilities, it's totally self service the property is kept up , and there is an app available that allows you to open the gate without getting out of your car , Negative points if something is taken from your storage you are on your own the person at the office doesn't know much about the process so no help there , and they raise the rate like clock work”

“My first time here! I had high hopes after reading reviews before I got here, and I wasn't let down!My appointment time was for 1400. I got here just after 0500 and parked. I took a quick nap since they weren't open yet. I checked in just after 0730, fully expecting them to have me waiting until closer to my appointment time to get loaded. I would have been ok with that since I was VERY early.I guess since I was precooled, I got put in a door 5 minutes later. I was loaded by 0830.This cold storage has got to be the fastest one I've ever been to. The personnel I talked to were all very nice. My only "complaint" was when the guy called me to tell me what door to go to, I could barely hear him over all the loud voices of, I'm guessing fellow employees, speaking very loudly in the room he was in.Please keep up the good work! Thank you!”

I had the best training experience possible with Seth from the Indianapolis market. Side note: Seth deserves to be a DM and probably already has been promoted. Those are two great men and even better employees for Extra Space. When I was hired on in August 2022 it was just Extra Space Storage. In the short time I was employed they acquired Storage Express and Life Storage resulting in becoming the largest self storage facility in the country. Often times when companies get that big they get worse. Couldn’t be further from the truth. My last Distict Manager Tiffani, who I think the world of, was the best of the best. Although Mike who hired me over a teams call, Jay Johnson, and Bonnie Sweenie were terrific too. Tiffani stood out because she is genuine, authentic, and an even better person.
