Is this even allowed? The cashier refused to make a sale because he gets off in an hour and doesn’t feel like it. The young long haired cashier on shift right now said I can’t buy a scratch off ticket because he already wrote the numbers down for his shift. He said I have to come back in an hour. I asked what time he gets off, it’s in an hour. Go figure. I let him know I work at a gas station, so I’m well aware he just wrote a number down on a piece of paper and isn’t selling one because he’s lazy and doesn’t feel like it. Are the managers allowing this sort of behavior? The cashier can just “decide” not to make a sale because he doesn’t feel like it? Go somewhere else folks.

The people serving the food was awful !! Sausage Roll was the worst I've ever had! It had 5 pepperoni and a spoon full of ground beef, sauce runny, bread dough under cooked. Customer service was the worst

I put $25 worth of gas in my car, but then I saw that my bank account was charged an additional $175. I went to talk to the worker and asked him why I was being overcharged, and he just said, 'I don't know.' I was like, what? If there's something wrong with your machine, maybe you should fix it, unless you're trying to scam someone.

Attempted to pay at the pump for gas they Put a $150 charge on my shell credit card which got my card blocked for suspicious transactions. I now have to get a new card. HORRIBLE GAS STATION!!

Don’t pay with your card. They will over charge you and not refund your money. It’s happened more than once. GO TO ANOTHER GAS STATION!!

They are bad and cheating business on south side of Fort Wayne, IN. I will never go to this Shell again! They cheated me on my gas, the pump says $2.75, I was to get $.10 off due to my reward card and clearly by my receipt I was charged more $2.85 in stead of the $2.65 I should have been charged. I’M TRIED OF BUSINESSES CHEATING PEOPLE. THIS SHELL IS BAD BUSINESS!!!
