About a year ago, I was working on the house that one of my children own. Their roommate had bought a paint from a local box store. I was applying it. I couldn't believe how bad that paint was. It just would not stick to the wall. It required multiple coats for complete coverage. At the same time another of my children gave me some paint from Sherwin-Williams to paint this same house's ceilings. Man! What a difference. I've decided to buy my paint from Sherwin-Williams from now on due to the quality. Yea. It is really costly. So wait until it's on sale to get it.
The sales associates have been very helpful on each visit. It's wonderful service. And, they answered questions well.

I visited this store a couple times in the past week. Both of my experiences were above and beyond. Kevin helped us both times. He was not only helpful but he was so kind and thoughtful too. He offered to show my 6 year old son how to mix paint. It was certainly a memorable experience for my son and for me to witness such extraordinary customer service.Thank you so much, Kevin.

12/15 purchased $774.40 of paint for a project. Called in the paint, had the painter pick it up and go to the job site and paint the property. When I went to the job site to meet the client. It was the wrong paint. Wrong color. Contacted the store, they said all they could do is give us a 25% discount on a future purchase. Even though this was NOT our fault. Client did not accept the loss of time, money and the fact that resources were loss due to Sherwin Williams not standing behind the product and their own mistake. I re-ordered paint Friday to match a job we had ordered 15 gallons for in August. I picked it up, gave to our painter and it was not GREY it was blue. I called the store and JOSE explained it was my fault. It escalated to a manager Liz who explained that colors will change due to the frozen weather in Texas and greys may be blue and shines will also vary due to the weather issue in Texas (we are in Indiana). I am disgusted. She kept telling me it was okay. Not sure how losing business is OKAY. Perhaps at Sherwin Williams, losing business is okay and you don't care if you retain any customers. She was going to issue a credit for the full amount of the $744.40. However that never happened. She simply laughed and hung up. I can tell you that if a client takes the time to write to you, I think you should recognize, that is I am typing it once, I am going to share it more than one place. Trust me, if this does not get resolved immediately, I will share this as part of or in full as a review of the service received from the store. No customer should lose business because your store thinks it is funny to give them the wrong paint, charge them and do nothing about it. It will not take very long before enough contractors get fed up by being burned and they we will go to another paint supplier, no matter how good the quality of paint may be. If we cant get the correct color paint, it is of no value. If the local management finds humor in contractors getting the wrong product and having no recourse but to purchase new, trust me, can only give a second chance ... and then the chances are over.
