“I came in late on a Friday afternoon needing to ship nine different 20 pound bricks in 4 boxes to Brazil and Japan.
Tim was clearly busy, but took the time to help me, pack the boxes, and fill out all the paperwork.
He even later emailed me the package stickers and tracking numbers so I didnt need to stick around well he packed everything up.
Outstanding service and a great example of why I use pakmail for all my packages!”

“I was broken in 9 ml from the delivery. Missed my morning appointment. It was Friday and broker said they will close 3.30pm. I desided to try after I fixed my problem and it was 4.45pm. The lady in the shipping office and forklift guy were so good. He unloaded me and I was able back home for weekend.

“This was my first time utilizing this FedEx location. I had some timely packages to get out and McKenna was very friendly and accommodating. A few hours later when I realized I had not documented one of the tracking numbers, I called back and McKenna not only told me that the tracking number would get emailed when it left the building but then read the tracking number over the phone for me. “Take a package in and it goes somewhere, what a novel idea! Staff were very friendly, but supplies are kept behind the counter now leaving mostly trinkets out and the staff to fetch what you need. From what I could tell they run a skeleton crew and for that I felt sorry for them. Parking and road access are available but in no way convenient and the potholes in the access could swallow a compact car. Not their fault as I’m sure they are just tenants like the other businesses in there, but doesn’t change the facts.”
