Absolutely, hands down, 100% recommend. My little guy was taken care of by Tasha and I would go back everyday if I could! She was so great eith him and gave us an honest update at the end. He loved it and on the way home fell asleep internet car he was so relaxed!!

Tasha is amazing with Archie. She has the patience of an angel. He is very hyper and vocal. She does an awesome job hand stripping him and goes the extra mile every time!

This was my pups first grooming appointment & we had Emily. She was so kind & very reassuring. She called me halfway through just to let me know how my girl was doing. I will definitely be coming back!

If I could give negative stars I would. My review is based on my experience at the south Ft Wayne location although I have a feeling that there is a lack of knowledge and qualified leadership throughout this company. With that being said this place doesn't even require proof of vaccinations before exposing your pup and their employees to other strange dogs so any talk from this establishment regarding their alleged concern for the safety and well being of the dogs and staff is simply a joke. I would highly recommend finding another groomer or bathing your dog yourself before coming to smoochi pooch. If managerial staff at this location is anything like the managerial staff in Ft Wayne south location DO NOT bring your dog here unless you want to risk having a report filed with animal control. You would be hard pressed and would fail to find anyone who considers my dog to be the least bit aggressive that has interacted with him in a normal setting - being tied to a stationary object and then having a stranger do whatever they are going to do is not a normal setting The manager that works at the south location is an absolute idiot who has no clue how to deal with adverse situations and has absolutely no business working with other individuals dogs regardless of the setting. There was no blood, no skin broken and guess what else??? You work in a field that doesn't just simply handle dogs, you work in a field that provides a service that can cause dogs to become anxious, nervous, fearful etc etc.... The manager claims that this has been an ongoing issue yet what was done to help mitigate what should be an obvious risk?? Here's a novel idea - if this was an ongoing issue then maybe you should have put a muzzle on him or maybe you should have told me prior to your little animal care report that you wouldn't be able to see him anymore. Do you provide your staff with any kind of protective sleeving or other kind of PPE??? The answer to all of those questions is no - you do none of that. Did you ever once request that I stick around for a little bit?? Why do I feel the need to explain the benefits of having the pet owner stick around for a little while?? The answer to the last question can be found throughout my review I gotta say the managerial skills here seem so stellar she had no clue that the employee who was going to bathe my dog had already called me and informed me of what was going on. Idk, maybe being in charge of a handful of employees in a single story space that's basically open concept and approximately 2000 - 2500 sq ft is to much for some people. If I do get a response I will edit my review just to add a comment addressing whatever response I would get from this place But before a possible response from smoochi pooch just remember - it was and is your job to mitigate obvious risks, you claimed this was an ongoing issue with my dog yet you did absolutely nothing to mitigate anything leading up to today and a situation that you obviously had no clue how to handle. And the fact that in a review I was able to give multiple examples of how to mitigate a risk in a field I don't even work in speaks volumes regarding your lack of managerial/leadership skills and qualifications

We started taking out Bernedoodle and Cockapoo to Tasha. The shop is very clean and everyone there is super nice and professional. Tasha does a fantastic job grooming them both. Our dogs walked in the shop, wagging their tales and wanting to greet Tasha. That says it all!
