Thus guy is really good. He saved my phone from being a paperweight. Lol. I just wish I could get ahold of him now. I need his help again. Its been a couple of years since I was there and no good phone number to call him. A real bummer.

Matt flashed my Samsung Note 3 for me and even let me come back after he was technically closed because I had a problem receiving picture messages. He was patient, knowledgeable and efficient. I'm going there again today to refill! Rock on Matt.

I had Matt do a remote flash on my HTC phone from Verizon to Page Plus. Everything went very smooth. He was very patient with me ( I'm not tech savvy ) It only took about an hour to finish, only because of a glitch on my end. Called him back, and he solved the problem within 15min. I give Matt 2 thumbs up!! I will definitely recommend Snyder Wireless to friends & family. Thanks again Matt!

Matt is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable in his line of service. He flashed the mifi for me in a very short amount of time and I have been very happy with his services ever since. I have recommended him to my Granddaughter and her parents for their upcoming mifi service too. I recommend him highly.

I called under the assumption that this was a store front. The fellow answered the phone "Hello" So I inquired if this was in fact Snyder Wireless. He assured me it was but that it was not a store front. The reception was awful ... full of feed back. So I hung up and sent him a text inquiring if he could flash my Sprint Motorola photon to Straight Talk. He proceeded to inform me that Motorola cdma phones could not be flashed. Knowing this is not true I told him I had a Motorola phone that had been flashed to cricket. He replied ....."Well if you know so much do it yourself" When I told him I was going to write this review he tried to make up excuses why he had said that. That he was responding to STRAIGHT TALK ONLY. And said I had no common sense. Had he explained his answer I would have been understanding. But with customer service skills such as these I'm sure this review won't make or break this guy. He's doing a great job on his own.
