The application process AND the move out process is seamless, convenient, and the facilities are top tier. Thank you, Fort Wayne Storage for your services. For the price, it was worth it and very helpful while I had it. If I ever need storage space again, I will go with them again. I used their Thomas Rd. Climate controlled facility.

Great place to keep extra belongings or store ur belongings or what ever ur wanting to keep stored in storage.the man who runs and takes care of the grounds and runs the office is friendly and a great person to do business with and it is a well kept clean company at the Thomas Rd storage facility.if ur looking for a great place.id recommend this storage facility and and it's easy pay machine located in the front doors or by phone and the man running the place is on Q on helping u on any thing u need to know and any questions.....

Not happy that you don’t bother to have anyone at the Southwest location apparently at all anymore.When I rented this last time there were hours posted for Saturday but nobody was there.The posting was current at the time.Your kiosk isn’t user friendly and at times doesn’t even work.Not having a person in the office during the week shows how little a company cares.It’s all about money.However,I’ve used your location before and will attempt to continue to do so.The storage areas are clean and reasonably priced.For that I sincerely Thank You.
