Can I rate 6 stars on this?? I’ve been to *many* (and some horribly awful) optometrists/stores in Fort Wayne in my 10+ years of living here… with that said, I have extremely low expectations of such places and people. But this was BY FAR my best experience! I had 2 kids in tow, both getting their first eye exams. Sierra/the technician was SO patient with them, they absolutely loved her, as did I. She was so helpful and went so far beyond her job duties to help us and ensure our visit was top-notch. I normally shop online for glasses, but with this level of service, we will definitely be back for future appointments and shopping for glasses! The optometrist was wonderful with my kids and was so helpful in explaining the details of my daughters’ eye issues. I hope you have as great of an experience as we did! I highly recommend!

Bought two pair of glasses and spent 100s, I figured out later that year they were the cause of my eye pain and the prescription was off for both eyes. Wondered if I could get refund or something and they could do nothing since it was so long - i get it but... Overall can't recommend as they didn't go to bat for me and didn't do great for my eyes. I'll go to optometrist next time.

I had an appointment here about a month ago and they were very helpful. They have great customer service and were very nice people. I use a wheelchair to get around and they worked with me.

This place is good they get you want you want and what you need I asked for 3 clothes for my glasses today they gave them to me and they service is a 10/10 I recommend you to come here

The staff were nice, fast, and accommodating. Even without insurance, the price is unbeatable. plus convenient location. Will be coming back!

Went in today with my husband, very wonderful experience I had with Charlene and Sierra. They were both extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. Even better but is they got us an amazing deal and I got everything I needed for my vision. Thank you both again!

My wife Aiyana and I came in today to get her some new glasses and were overjoyed with our experience. My wife has her exam with Charlene and it was a very patient and informative experience. I heard some good laughs while enjoying my book in the lobby. We then went to pick her frames. Found two we loved immediately at a great price and Sierra was our next blessing who helped us with pricing and some amazing information we did not know and we were able to get two pairs and a 3 month supply of contacts for an amazing price. I highly recommend this place to anyone. This is an absolutely wonderful establishment and I am grateful for our time here today!

I am shouting praises for Sierra and Lexi at Stanton Optical off Colliseum!!! These two were the absolute BEST! They went above and beyond to make sure my prescriptions were perfect and helped me find the best options for both my contacts and eyeglasses. I recently visited to get my eyes checked because I was having trouble seeing things at a distance and learned that I’m nearsighted. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to fit me with a new pair of glasses the very same day. The staff was absolutely fantastic—everyone was incredibly friendly and approachable. They took the time to give me honest feedback on the different frames I tried on, which made the experience feel personalized and enjoyable. The doctor was both professional and compassionate, making sure to explain everything clearly and answering all of my questions without rushing. The whole process, from the eye exam to picking out and fitting my glasses, was smooth and efficient, taking just about an hour. I left feeling well cared for and confident in my new glasses. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for eye care services!
