Bank staff is nice and helpful. My only complaint is the removal of teller stations for the Orbi machines. Everytime I come into my branch there is a line of people waiting for the one available teller while those Orbi machines collect dust. I can honestly say I have never seen anyone use them. A poor management decision and a terrible waste of money.

I have banked with Star for over a decade and have recommended many people to bank there over the years. Recently, the young man I am sponsoring to become an American citizen needed banking help and because of my long time relationship with Star he was assisted and the process was very smooth. I love the personal relationships I have at the St. Joe Center and Dupont location.
