I rented from this storage facility for over two years…. I fell behind and they add soo many charges, lie to your face and set you up to lose your unit. So the older man with glasses was the only person i dealt with. I was behind October and November rent. So I went in on the 29th of November and paid 444 dollars toward my 735 dollar charge (yes that’s two months at a rate of 217 plus late fees and charges) I had 338 dollars remaining, to pay. I went in on Monday December the 1st and was going to make another payment. Scott then proceeded to tell me I had until the 5th at Midnight to pay the new balance of 578 (Tacked on December and said I couldn’t make a payment I had to pay in full) so I return 5:30 in a panic Friday and what do you know…. He smugly tells me “I sold that unit at 1:30 this afternoon” …..Okay. You don’t know that that was the last that I had, and what I had to do to get that money today….Worst company I have ever dealt with and I’m at a loss of two years of paying for my mothers last remaining things I had in the world. I hate this company and am contacting corporate because they have cameras in there and I want a full investigation into my lost unit. Fun fact: call the corporate number and watch you never speak to a real person. They are predators and I will never suggest this company or any of their sister companies.

After moving, we needed to store some excess household items until we could find a place for the items. Within an hour of finding Extra Space online, we were moving our things in. Everything with Extra Space was quick, easy, and just right! And we knew our belongs were secure, which gave us great peace of mind!!!

I have two units with these jokers. Both are 10X20. The first one I got was in the newer section of the complex. It was dirty with some trash inside upon delivery. I pay $82 per month for that one. As I have too much crap I found myself needing a second unit. So I went to rent one. Same size. Not even a full month later. They attempted to charge me $178 per month for the second one. Obviously I asked what the deal was, why did the charge more then doubleny dropped to 1tantly in a few weeks? And this is on the old side of the complex. Both units hav cheap, close to broken doors that my wife can’t operate by herself. The second unit was soooo gross. Had y on clean it for a couple hours prior to moving my stuff in it. When she saw I was so offended at the price gouge. Magically the price was instantly dropped to $102 a month. The key pads at the entrances no longer work. So anyone can drive in. Whenever. The units are close to my place. I hate it they’re shady like that. I can’t wait TJ be ready to move on out

Very easy and convenient, however they advertise 1st month free and we were with them for a year never got it. They raised their prices. The price hike 20 dollars might not seem like much but, this was my elderly mother's unit and living on a budget we had to make sacrifices for her.

If I could give zero stars I would.
I reserved a storage unit for 6/26/25 using their online system. Received all of my instructions via email yesterday.
Our move out date at our house is tomorrow so I went to the storage unit tonight 6/26 with a small load of items and to check the unit.
Upon entering for the very FIRST time, all three walls have about a foot’s worth of water damage and wood rot lining the entire perimeter of the unit. There are holes everywhere along the bottom of the walls. The center of the unit was visibly wet.
I was there 20 minutes past office hours so I called customer service and she couldn’t do anything to help me, she only created a ticket for me and said “Call the office tomorrow”. I am supposed to be moving tomorrow. And the unit I just paid $200 for is DISGUSTING. I have pictures and video to prove my claim.
I hope they can make this right. Unacceptable.
