Everything from the start from getting the storage to leaving the storage was so easy and very pleasant. Ray at the Fort Wayne location was very sweet and went up and beyond his job to throw some drawers away for me. I’m very grateful and I definitely will be coming back if I need storage agian.

Wow, the owner of this place is definitely a greedy human being. I was paying $60 a month for 5x15’ unit that’s with insurance included. I got a new bill and it’s now $76. I called and the lady said they did a $16 rent increase on everyone. You guys have lost your minds.

I just moved into a 10x10 unit and love it! It's very clean and spacious with high ceilings for stacking my stuff. Nice easy location to get in and out of as well.

**update 8/14- Zach called and apologized for the experience I had. He actually listed which was nice. He did refund the admin fee which I greatly appreciate.*update 8/3- we did end up cancelling and not getting the $29 admin fee back. We are currently waiting for Zach (manager?) to call me back. The number they posted was a generic number and not helpful. My husband met with Josh (field maintenance worker) at the storage unit who apologized that it was in such poor condition and besides a sweep there was nothing he could do about the overall poor quality of the unit and there were no other units available in that size for us to switch too and that he is the only worker at two storage unit locations. Again I strongly advice against using this company because the communication is not good!Got access to our unit today and this is what we walked into. When we called the customer support they were rude and not understanding. Hopefully tomorrow when the unit crew is in they are able to get us switched to a decent unit that is not a health and safety concern if not we will be canceling but unable to get out $29 administration fee back even though clearly there was no proper preparations made for our unit. This is unacceptable.

The storage space is adequate, but the access maneuvering around within the complex is very tight making it quite difficult to get around especially if you are in a large moving truck ?.I like that they supply you with a lock ? for your unit space.

The employee I talked to was very helpful and I recieved my gate code and unit number quickly. My unit was clean and my lock was inside. I recommend this storage company! Thank you, Gary.

It works, I guess.These units are not very secure. Your stored goods are guarded by a deadbolt on a flimsy sheet metal door about 1/16th of an inch thick. The doors on the 5x10s don’t roll up and are the same size as a normal man door making it hard to move large items in. That paired with the sharp metal frames and door make it difficult to move furniture in without scraping or tearing. There is also a mandatory “insurance” you have to buy that tacks on extra money per month. If I didn’t need a unit asap I would have gone with another. In my opinion, you can get better 5x10s for less

Never received the information regarding a gate code. Had to call to get it. Wasn't a lock in my unit. Had to call to be moved units which still didn't have a lock in it. Had to call again. At this point I asked for a refund and concluded my business with Storage Express.
