Buyer beware. After only 3 years the washer stopped working. I wasn’t worried because we also purchased their warranty. I guess like with most companies’ warranties these days, it’s an expensive false hope that you are really purchasing. That’s where we went wrong. It seems like they already made money on us and don’t care anymore. 15 days (and counting) without a washer for a family of 5 and we are still without a washer! They have come out twice... The last time after the repairman was here for over an hour, he told me they ordered the wrong part. Very unprofessional. I’m not sure why they did not order the correct part in the first place, why was the part not checked when delivered, and why was he at my house for over an hour when he knew it was the wrong part?!
Update: day 18 of my washer not working. They have come out for the 3rd time and it still does not work.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND STUCKY BROTHERS ANYMORE
I've been in the cabinet, countertop and flooring business for over 45 years. I would always refer Stucky Brothers to my customers when looking for appliances.
In 2021 I built a new home. I ordered Frigidaire Pro Series refrigerator, stove and dishwasher.in advance to have delivered to my house the end of October 2021 for my move in on November 1,2021.
The delivery was bad from the start. The driver pulled into the wrong drive and decided to drive across the yards to my driveway.
When my neighbor confronted him about it, the driver told my neighbor to "F" himself. Then left my house without leaving the appliances.
The store sent out another truck with my appliances.
When the refrigerator was brought in the house all 3 doors were dented up. I called the store and was told they could get me replacement doors quicker than a different refrigerator. I was relucent but agreed to replacement doors.
The replacement doors came within 6 weeks and were installed. At first, they looked good, but after a few months uniformed dimples and wavey indents started to appear. {photos attached} This same issue kept happening 3 different times over the past 3 years until finally the Frigidaire Rep admitted that Frigidaire was aware they had a problem and switched to a new supplier and assured me I would not have this problem with the 4th set being sent. Also, the service tech that was sent to install the 3rd set of doors, was the first one to ask if my refrigerator was always that loud went it was running. I stated that I noticed it but I have a very open house, and things echo a lot. He checked things out and discovered that the fan blade that helps cool the condenser was not attached and was surprised that it hadn't burnt up yet. This adds another concern to how long will this refrigerator last.
Set #4 came and currently look good ""EXCEPT"" the waster dispenser door. [See attached photo} 2 dents in door. Door #5 was worse than before.
I received an email from Cevin {Stucky's service manager} that Frigidaire was refusing to send them anymore doors and if I didn't like that, I would have to deal with Frigidaire directly. I state to Cevin several times that I didn't buy the refrigerator directly from the factory I bought it from Stucky's, and they need to take care of the problem that I have been dealing with for 3 years from the beginning.
I have requested several times to have a meeting with the owner of Stucky's Bill Shuee and the Rep from Frigidaire but as to date they both are refusing to meet with me to find a resolution that would be agreeable to all parties. This is not how I take care of my customers and I'm sure that Celvin, Bill Shuee and the Rep from Frigidaire would except this in their homes.
Apparently, Stucky's would prefer to ignore this and hope I will go away. They are leaving me no choose but to take this matter to court.

When our washer/dryer finally bit the dust, the plan was three stops. Shop and compare, make the best deal, etc. But the moment we walked into Stucky's that plan began to fall apart...
It was a casual atmosphere, and dealing with Steve was like talking to your neighbor (you know, the one you actually enjoy talking to). We closed the deal in less than fifteen minutes for an excellent price. And when the included delivery and set-up happened a few days later, the team was absolutely top-notch. I won't go into our various delivery experiences from some of their nearby corporate rivals over the years... Suffice to say, there is no way we would EVER deal with any other outfit in the future. If Stucky's carries it, that's where we'll go.
And based on our experience, you would be wise to do the same.

We spent a lot of money on a brand new suite of appliances for our newly remodeled home. After many frustrating experiences with our initial salesman, we finally got the help we needed from Kevin. Thank you Kevin. We are completely satisfied with our experience with you.

My Stucky's visit on Thursday midday was due to a broken clothes washer. Tim Hegge kindly provided a quote with a five-year warrantee, and I wanted to see the model in real life. Web sites are great, but not enough for a +1K purchase.
My desired model was not on the display floor, and viewing the selection panel was not possible at the time. But I was reassured by the Consumer Reports recommendation, and made the purchase. Delivery was set for the coming Monday.
I was pleased to discover they also display and sell home furnishings. I also need a recliner (wanted a "chair & a half" size). The manager for this section was so very gracious and did her best to show me all that might meet my needs and tastes. Her card in hand, I left feeling I wanted to spend more time in this store trying out furniture, but that day I needed to stick to my schedule. Great selections though!
Delivery was on time, but the upgraded steel-braided hoses that were usually on hand were not on the truck's stock (run out). I called and requested them and was told they were $35.00 extra and would not be installed for a few days. I paid the extra fee, and had the delivery persons install the standard rubber hoses until the others were available.
As soon as the delivery team left, I loaded the new washer and tried to run a load of clothes, but the control panel was LOCKED. I looked though the equipment manual but nothing gave the correct instructions on how to unlock the control panel (the indicated page did NOT provide the proper instructions). Called the Service team at Stucky's ... They were stumped too. While they put me on hold to research the issue further, I began pushing all the buttons and finally hit on the correct process! Thank God!
I updated the nice Service man on the correct process (in case others might run into the issue), then rang off.
The new upgraded hoses were installed as promised on the appointed day, and my new washer is running well for now. The appliance adventures with Stucky's is complete and I look forward to NOT needing to call for anything more for quite a while. But I may go back to look at all the lovely furniture options. ;)

We have bought our washer, dryer, range and microwave from Stuckey's because we shop local and value in house service. Our washer started acting up, after only a couple years. We placed a call for service and we were not at all impressed with our first technician and were not happy when we did not receive a call letting us know our part was in. When we did call for an update and learned our part was in, we were going to have to wait almost another week for service. I called in and requested service as soon as possible because we had not been notified. After a bit of back and forth, a genuine angel showed up on our doorstep. His name was either Rick or John (of not I apologize! He came out of retirement just a few days ago he said).. he was not able to get us fixed up on Thursday (yesterday) but he definitely did today. He went above and beyond for us and we absolutely appreciate him. His compassion and service are why we made our purchases through Stuckey's. Hopefully we do not need service again soon, but if we do we hope he's available!

The range went out! We have a huge retired military family that needs to eat! We wanted a quality range from a store with a good reputation who could install and service. We called three retailers, Stuckys stood out immediately because of sales representative Kodee Tyree. This professional young man patiently compared the install manual instructions from our 15 year old range to that of the new one we were interested in to make sure that our wall opening was of the appropriate size.
He communicated every detail of the process and patiently addressed our concerns.
We completed the entire process via telephone as the store is 40 mins from us and it was a business day.
It’s traumatic when a critical appliance fails unexpectedly, we were so grateful to be treated respectfully and fairly.
This was our first experience with Stuckys but thanks to star employee, Kodee Tyree, we will be back.

Brought a new washer and dryer last week from here.
Real people work there: Marty the sales guy, and Drew and Jeese the installers.
All were Great, you might pay a little more, but remember the money does not go to Wall Street and a greedy CEO.
You’ll be glad you did.

I am so disappointed in Stucky’s! How foolish of me to order another Bosch appliance and think it would work in my home. It arrived with a European plug on the end, much to everyone’s surprise. Stucky’s sales staff tried everything to get me to keep it. I was told I would need an electrician to rewire the outlet, I was told I had to purchase an adaptor for it to plug into the outlet. I was also told this was my fault for wanting a German made appliance. I wasn’t told that European appliances have a different voltage and half the amps than the US. Even if I had kept it the appliance with the adapter it would not have run properly in my home. Upon return of the washer, I was told that Stucky’s would keep 25% (of the purchase price) as a “restocking” fee. Outrageous! Your unwillingness to educate yourself and your customers as well as work to solve the issue has resulted in my decision to not use or recommend Stucky’s again.

Steven is an honest and helpful employee. He makes the whole process from purchase to delivery easy and if you have kids go for the warranty it's actually pretty decent.
