they don't listen to anything u want on your sandwich they make it wrong and manager likes to argue on the phone food wasn't made right and it was cold when I ordered it toasted

Edit for 2024:This location seems incoherent at times. I ordered two sandwiches online, one with extra mayo, one with no sauce. In the description below I asked for one side of mayo and one side of sweet onion teriyaki sauce. As in ON THE SIDE. I get home and open my sandwiches to find that BOTH have one half with sweet onion and the other mayo. I even asked for the sides a second time at the window because they weren't included in my bag. I didn't want sweet onion on both sandwiches. I wanted it on the side for my kids' sandwich because they are picky. I also asked for extra pickles and got exactly 3 on each side, that's the standard amount.I will now start driving out of my way to go to other subway locations because this one sucks.I have mainly had a good experience at this Subway. I frequently eat Subway and this one was on my way to work. Only a few times have they forgotten certain toppings but I believe it because in the drive through it is very difficult to hear being located up against a very busy road.

Very disappointed. Came here to pick up two sandwiches, only to find out either they forgot to make it or gave it away. I couldn’t even get a straight answer. The manager clearly wasn’t was’t fit for her position. To make matters worse, I didn’t get guacamole with my sub as it was ordered.

They are rude and disrespectful they don't follow instructions and when you want your money back they don't want to give it back there are no sign saying no refunds this subway the manger is rude and so are the workers they want to remake the food I don't know about you but if you don't like the way someone fix your food the first time there is no way they can fix it again it might be worse

I've been here twice in the last month. Both times the food was terrible. I ordered a Turkey Titan and there were only 3 razer thin slices of turkey. My husband's sandwiches from both visits were the same.I'll never go to this particular Subway ever again. It's at State and Hobson in F.W., IN

This was a mobile order. I asked for extra lettuce, green pepper, and onion. You can clearly see it doesn't even come with the standard amount. And trust me, I used to work at a Subway. This isn't standard, let alone extra. Also there was not enough meat that is actually supposed to be on it. I order this sandwich at other locations and it's much more meat.

Picked up my "Monster" sandwich. Did not come out anywhere close to anticipated. What a joke. Very disappointed.

Ordered three sandwiches. Requested all three with Italian herbs and cheese bread- got plain. One sandwich we paid extra for extra cheese. No cheese. Another sandwich listed guacamole. Charged extra for that too and they forgot it. Ordered via the app- called the store, and they said there will be no refunds.
