Now, T mobile is getting very stupid on fees! I use the home hot spot service in my RV and got charged a 21 buck disconnect fee for interrupted service in July, well my service never was interrupted! And now it's a 5 buck fee for paying your bill in store so now a 50 buck a month service is 60 if you do not use an auto pay and a 5 buck in store pay fee! And they can charge you any fee they just decide and you have to pay it! It's ridiculous! Only use them if it's a must and as for the internet, go with star link! I'm going to very soon!

I came into this store upset and honestly, considering canceling all five of my lines.My issue is my added line was never set up for service! Data only! T-Mobile has been charging me international and long distance calling for over five months and I only caught it because they shut off service to all my devices!After many text exchanges that got me no where, along with LONG phone calls that also got me no where, I decided to come into this store, closest to my work. I was literally at the end of my rope, I own my own small business with my husband, and having my phone shut off was an absolute travesty.Jackie not only made me feel like she cared, but she got right into my account and started making phone calls and emails. She was on the phone with the store manager right away. Although Jackie had only so much she was able to do, she literally made me feel like, "Finally! Somebody is listening!"Jackie made sure to tell me that she would keep in touch with me and she absolutely did! I would have canceled all my service that day if it was not for Jackie and Trevor. They did more for me in two days than the entire T-Mobile "Customer Care Phone Line" did in two months.Even though my situation has not been completely resolved as of 7/28/2023, I wanted to say that I did receive great customer care from both Jackie and Trevor. I will update my review completely once it is fully resolved.

My iPhone stopped working completely, so I had to go in and attempt to get an older phone working. Ringo helped through the entire process, which was such a relief for me because I was already stressed out! While my older phone was updating and we had to wait on that, I saw him helping out others who had been waiting for help. He was very polite and understanding, thorough, and looking out for everyone there! I am still so thankful for all of his help!

I come to store and everybody is very helpful. I came into store to activate my daughter phone and ringo was very helpful. Chris is a very good manager. Very personal and willing to help with any issues.

This place Has Amazing customer service! I Recommend everyone coming here for your T-mobile needs. The young man that was helping me was so sweet and professional. He helped explain my bill to me and also helped figure out what are the best deals for me. I may come back to see Ringo again.

We have been Tmobile customers for several years. We are a military family and we have the military plan. Yesterday we went to the Southtown Crossing store to purchase a new phone for my husband. His phone was having problems and he needed an upgraded phone.Many times my husband asked the Tmobile employee "Ringo" if all of his photos would transfer to the new phone. He told my husband that everything from the old phone would be transferred to the new phone.Today, my husband is distraught. He discovered this morning that all of his photos did not transfer to his new phone. He went back to the Southtown Crossing store and employee Ringo Compean told my husband there was nothing he could do. He even implied that it was my husband's fault.All of my husband's precious photos are gone. We're very disappointed that the Tmobile employee was incompetent and did not know what he was doing.Please do not trust this location if you are purchasing a new phone that's replacing your old one. You may become the next victim.

Jackie was amazing! She took the time to help me, step by step. She even gave me information to get ahold of her if I needed help at home finishing up my set up. I will definitely be making sure she’s working anytime I need to come in.
