Something bad happened, the place is just like Walmart now. Loud obnoxious music, messy heaps of clothes, junky merchandise, tasteless posters, helpless employees.I’m very sorry to lose our favorite store.

WILL NO LONGER SHOP HERE! NEVER A EMPLOYEE TO CHECKOUT LARGER SHOPPING TRIPS OR EVEN SMALL TRIPS!!?!?!?! SERIOUSLY HOW MANY EMPLOYEES ARE IN THE BUILDING EITHER STANDING, WALKING BUT NOT ONE REGISTER OPEN TO CHECK OUT CUSTOMERS. THEY HAVE LOST MY BUISNESS DUE TO THIS NONSENSE ....... AND IM A BIG SPENDER- THATS SICK OF LONG LINES WITH LARGE ORDERS ON A SELF CHECKOUT. POOR MANAGEMENT? DONT KNOW DISFUNCTION IN FORT WAYNE

Only one cashier works at this store and that is one on self checkout. Only one employee on returns and pick-up.This is how it works: One return and then one order pick up (missing item in pickup order) employee lives register to find that item in a store, after that they accept next return. All together 2 people working. And customer lines are big. Target is getting cheap on employees you cannot say that is impossible to find help " pay people more" it is not like you have 20 cashiers at registers like before.We customers are doing that job just give them my customers hourly wage that you are not paying us.

Second trip to this store three weeks after the first time and it's clear it's a managerial problem. It's clear the team of people in charge of this store do not know what they are doing. I've been told this is a fairly new store. It's 8am and the store looks as if it was ransacked. Aisles cluttered and in disarray or left un-stocked. The store just opened how do you go home at night with it like this. Employees standing around chatting. I had to move a cart so I could get down the aisle while an employee who appeared to be a head of a team stood there and acted like I wasn't even there. She just stood there messing with her work phone. Once I passed then she moved the cart back to the aisle and seemed annoyed. It's clear there is a lack of good leadership here. While checking out in self check out I had an issue and no one to help. Ended up not purchasing the item that was causing the issue because no one was there to help out.

My family and I were followed around the store we hadn't even been there for 5 minutes before this started. I believe this was racially motivated because we were wearing a mask. While checking out one of the associates made a comment about one item being in the cart. I came here looking for a comforter didn't find anything I liked this was are first time going to target so we wanted to look around.

The minute my sister and mother and I walked into the store we were followed. We hadn't been in there for 10 mins when it started. Genuinely believe it was because we were black. When we checked out one of the employees made a snarky comment on how we had only one item in a cart. Clearly the reason for this is because we didn't find what we needed. We came in for comforters and didn't find anything we liked. Also the store was a mess.

The customer service representative was not helpful at all. I came in this morning to pick up an item I ordered and I could not figure out how to bring up a barcode for her to scan and she not only did not know how to either. She pushed me off to the side to help someone else instead of getting a manager to help me. What I read on the website was that I could either use this barcode or my Drivers License to get my item. The lady working the returns told me I had to figure out how to get the barcode up so she could scan it and that was the only way she could locate my item. The fact that she was not willing to help me was not right. I did not have a good experience and will Not be back ever.

Cashier Jeana was extremely rude when lines were long and people were coming to and was talking about when she gets off at 1 she doesn’t care how many people are in line she’s leaving. Very unprofessional when we are trying to shop and she gets paid to handle customers.

I went to find a black dress for a funeral, I found one and the sign said 40% off that brand. It didn’t ring up and the cashier Elisabeth explained it didn’t apply. I started crying and said sorry it was for a funeral but I couldn’t afford it. Elisabeth just said “okay” and took it off and walked away, annoyed. I’m sorry to make her do her job, I know you can’t change prices or policies, but acting pissed about it wasn’t necessary. Christ.

Very rude cashiers....insulting customers for not recognizing lights weren't on for certain registers...when they haven't been inside a target for nearly a year and aren't familiar with the new look....holidays are stressful...especially for retail individuals...find a different alternative to relive your stress on the job...ridiculous to openly take it out on unfamiliar customers....we all make mistakes

Employees are very friendly willing to help. I have never had to walk the store to find an employee to help me.

There were no checkers available at 2p in the afternoon, only self checkout.
