I'm very pleased with the repairs made to my LG tv. Dave, the Telrad technician, arrived promptly and replaced the board quickly. I would most definitely use them for future repairs.

I was lowkey scared when Samsung contracted my warranty claim to them after reading all the negative reviews, but they came with the parts pre ordered and it took Dave like 10 minutes tops to replace the main board on my 60in Samsung. No complaints from me and no I’m not a bot lmao just my experience with them

Telrad was used to fix our new refrigerator we purchased from Lowes. The communication leading up to the appointment was amazing! We were kept up to date with text and emails...including a pic of the tech we could expect! The service tech showed up on time and fixed the issue in les than ten minutes. He was friendly and efficient! In this day and age it is hard to find reliable and good customer service. They nailed it!

This place is the biggest joke EVER! I called LG because I was having problems with my washer and they set up service through Telrad. They came out the first time and didn’t even touch the machine, just said he needed to order parts and left. The next guy comes a week later with said parts. Does not install them but, says he need to order several more parts that aren’t even related to my issue. They never came back after that. I called them several times and also called LG. The person I talked to from Telrad said that the boss was canceling every service request that LG sent to them and that he would not send anyone back to fix it. After more than a month, they never even replaced a single part! This was the WORST experience I have ever had with a repair company. Don’t even know how they are in business. Ended up having to call another appliance repair company after 5 weeks of dealing with these idiots!! Had to give 1 star, wish I could give negative stars

I had warranty work done for Samsung. Telrad came when expected, called to say he was on his way, and fixed my two appliances just fine.

They were contracted to work on my whirlpool and they kept telling me the part was ordered, but after a month my refrigerator/freezer is still not working. When I called a couple of weeks ago for update, I was told it was on back order. I complained to whirlpool and they claimed they reordered part and it was in its way directly to Telrad. Here it is a couple of weeks later, again, and nothing. Now I can't get ahold of them. Called whirlpool back and filed a complaint with BBB and whirlpool tells me THEY just ordered the part!! Umm what?! Trying to call Telrad to figure out what is going on, but once again, the phone just rings and they haven't even tried to reach out to me, the customer, about any updates even though they know I've been without my appliance for over a month. If I ever have an issue again and they are the contracted repair techs, I will absolutely refuse! Unreliable and poor communication skills.

I have to say thatTelrad Electronics from Ft. Wayne, has a great technician, Jason. He drove to Marion, Ind. for a warranty job on our new Maytag dryer. Very nice, polite young man! He listened to our complaint, and we showed him the squealing noise on start-up. He said I know what the problem is, and I'll show you when I get down to it. Wasn't long before he showed us the bad blower wheel (which was replaced by Fox Appl. Fairmount 3 weeks ago), and the new rollers they replaced probably didn't replace the bearing shafts. The drum felt was good and the belt was good. Jason explained things so well to us like he was my son!! He even gave us an order report paper on when the new parts come in, Ericka will contact us to reschedule a date to replace these parts. Thank God we bought the 5-year warranty as the 1 year had just passed. Our next washer and dryer will be a Speed Queen, NOT Maytag. Jason needs a raise for his wonderful technician work!!! Tim A. I am SOO frustrated with this company! We purchased an extended warranty thru Lowes, and the insurance company (Assurant) assigned Telrad to repair our fridge. After 4 months and 3 visits we have ZERO progress and can't get honest answers from Telrad or Assurant - just constant runaround and empty promises. I wish I could give negative stars!

This company is a nightmare. All the reviews are correct and those that are positive must be paid reviews. I also have a warranty claim through Whirlpool for my 6 month dryer. First appt is bw 10-4pm. They call at 3pm to schedule for the following day, with a text saying they’ll be there bw 10-1pm. At 1pm I call them and they say they can’t come bc “they’re stuck being a fridge”. They say they’ll call today to reschedule and it’s almost 4pm and they’re not answering anymore at all. Whirlpool has assigned me a new repair company and seemed familiar with this company behaving this way.

My washer went out Telrad was assigned to me. April 4th they came out and told me my transmission was out. April 19th second appointment. I got home washer was a mess the technician said there was stripped screw. The bottom part my clothes go on was basically ripped out. Today May 12th they finally came out with my parts to fix it. He told me my washer will be like brand new. I got home an hour ago. My washer DO NOT work. Making noises. I have 7 kids in this house. I'm so disgusted I've wasted to so much money at laundromat. Now I have to wait until Monday for both Telrad and whirlpool to open. Horrible!
