When I walked up to the check out counter the sales associate named Tammy was very nice to the woman in front of me. Explained the credit card to her and the point system. Both these a women were white. When my turn came up she was very rude, didn't great me and had an attitude. Very short with me. I checked out and stood by to see how she was going to greet the white gentleman behind me. She was very kind and nice. Needless to say it obvious she was very racist. I didn't say anything. I just walked up, looked at her name tag and walked away. This day in age you're too old be racist and bitter!! I won't be shopping there again. #angrymexicanwoman

My experience coming into the store today was fine until we went to check out. There was a newer lady training with the help of an associate named "sue". Inside the store are signs that read sign up for text and receive 10$ off when telling her the coupon code was texted to me she told me there's a 40$ minimum on it (I did not read or see that ) I then proceeded to use a different coupon for 20% off and she goes to tell me that's for customers using their reward's credit card (which was not true) I then had to point out the coupon does not say that and ask her to show me where it says that, she takes my phone and then says it doesn't (yeah I know) in order for her to even attempt to scan it and guess what it did work saving me 3 additional dollars. I suggest customers read and make sure if they are eligible to use their coupons or not because I could have saved $10 vs $3 if the associate didn't give out wrong information or tried to put the code in. Attitude wasn't very pleasant either and didn't like her comments nor professional to be at the front end. Cashiers leave the last impression on customers and I didn't feel I received customer service satisfaction behavior. Disappointed after checking out and think I'll no longer be shopping here.

Went in to purchase some clothes for my toddler, and the experience was fine until we went to check out. The cashier asked for a phone number, and I politely said ‘no thank you’. She explained it was for their rewards problem, and I thanked her and declined again. She then proceeded to tease me with another cashier, and asked if I just hated free money.By this point in the transaction I was just frustrated and wanting to pay and be done with it, so I said yes and just wanted to be out of the store.The cashier proceeded to mock me, and said ‘I’ll sell you a dollar for five!’, laughing with the other cashier. Once the mocking was done, to which I didn’t respond and just wanted to get out of there collected and calmly, she rudely finished the transaction and sent me on my way.She went from cheery, to straight up mocking me, to being short and temperamental with me all in the span of less than 5 minutes. I tried to politely decline being signed up for a rewards program I wanted nothing to do with. I just needed clothes for my growing too quickly toddler and then to get back to walking around with my husband and son.Absolutely atrociously unprofessional and shocking behavior, and this woman was at least a decade older than me at that. Far too old to be acting the way she did.Will never return to this store, and I hope others avoid as well. The sales, and reward program, aren’t worth being mocked and teased by middle aged women who think they’re still in middle school.

Went in today to return an online order. The older woman at the register pretty much demanded that she had to have my phone number for rewards even though that was not needed for the return. She also told me I’d have to take store credit because I paid with PayPal, after a few rude minutes of back and forth she agreed to call another associate over whom apologized and showed her all she had to hit was “pay pal” as the return payment option. Definitely will not be going back to this location.

Sooooo, children's place routinely cancels small orders... For No reason.I'm guessing, that if the profit is less than the Shipping cost, they cancel. But they advertise free Shipping!!!! Well charge me for Shipping if you NEED TO.Maybe I just wanted one item!! Don't cancel a shirt I intended my child to wear to an event because the order is too small.Don't advertise free Shipping if you can't afford it Children's Place!!Just charge for the Shipping..... ??

I returned several items due to being too big for my daughter in March, all brand new with tags still on! here it is Middle of May and i still have not been credited for the items I returned!. I called to see why my credit card was not credited back and they said its taking longer than usual and that I will recieve an email in 8 days!!! What in the world. Guess I cant order online anymore!!!!
