Three Rivers Luxury Apartments is a beautiful property with absolutely beautiful apartments, considered the nicest seen downtown. The property itself has been significantly upgraded with new hallways, new pool equipment, and new renovated units. The staff is professional, friendly, helpful, and resourceful, providing amazing hospitality and going out of their way to assist. Residents feel safe, noting that maintenance is fast and neighbors are cool. The location is excellent for enjoying downtown activities and festival events, with clear views of fireworks from balconies. Both residents and staff express love for living and working there, highlighting a welcoming environment and great appreciation within the community. It is highly recommended as a new home in the Fort Wayne area.

Loving it so far! Lindsey helped us out in getting settled in our new space! She was very helpful and patient with all of our never ending questions! It’s always nice having a welcoming and resourceful person on site when moving into a new complex! She even gave us some suggestions on her favorite local eats!
