We have only been to a few games as our son was just recently called up from Lake Elsinore.... This facility is fantastic! Plenty of food choices and plenty of restrooms so no waiting at all. If you want to see them before the show this is one of many great choices for MLB future stars.

When I was moving to the area from Florida, one thing I was looking forward to was eventually watching a Fort Wayne TinCaps game. I never been to a minor league game and I was always told its a lot of fun. The Fort Wayne TinCaps are a high a affiliate to the San Diego Padres. The TinCaps had previous names but per the wiki in the 2008 season it was changed to the TinCaps. This is "alluding to John Chapman, better known as Johnny Appleseed (1774-1845). The Tin Cap refers to the story (dating back to the 19th century), that Johnny Appleseed wore a tin cooking pot as a hat, though this depiction has been disputed by historians. Chapman spent his final years in Fort Wayne and is buried in the city." I think that is pretty cool. My family and I finally got to go to a game on July 4th 2023... after all whats more American than watching a baseball game! The game was dramatic as their opponent, the West Michigan Whitecaps and them would continue to constantly battle it out throughout the game for the lead, changing who was in the lead several times throughout the game. The game was not decided until the 9th inning, with two outs when Nerwilian Cedeno of the TinCaps scored a game winning single that brought in runs to win the game... Epic! Loved the game! I am not a TinCaps fan for life!

We went with a bus group. They opened early for us so we could tour the park. We had a lunch buffet. It was delicious! There were healthy options. Employees were very kind. Everything was clean. The game was fun too!

We were driving over 2 hours to come to the game. There were severe thunderstorms with hail predicted after the game, meaning my family would be driving home from the game in very bad weather. I called the ticket office and asked to exchange our tickets to another day so my family can travel to and from the game safely. The lady I spoke with in the ticket office couldn't care less about our safety and refused to let us exchange our tickets. We weren't even asking for a refund. It doesn't make sense. We would have come to a later game and spent money on concessions and would continue to come to more games. Now we will never go back after that poor customer service experience. Be warned, they are not accommodating with any refunds or exchanges - no matter the circumstances. Do not buy tickets in advance, because you will be out that money no matter what. Apparently they care more about profits than the safety and experience of their fans.

Worst experience ever!! Went for our company picnic. Mismanaged food service. Ice cold burgers, hotdogs and Mac and cheese. Tomatoes were spoiled and foul. No place to sit and no direction on where to go. No staff to guide anyone. Will not be back It's a shame our company paid a lot of money for the tickets and meals and it was complete garbage. Shame on you for taking so little care in your customers.

Okay, what an incredible venue for the city of Fort Wayne. This is just as quality as any Indianapolis Indians game at Victory Field. However, the Tin Caps have the upper hand. Not only are the Tin Caps a newer team and program, they're not even minor league. Fort Wayne is giving its residents a really good deal here. Minor league level baseball production value with a smaller city, program, and not to mention price? Just incredible! Also, Star Wars night? YES PLEASE!

I'm so thrilled we have our own baseball team. I think it's great for the community and fun to go to every now and then. More if you're a die hard fan. Which I'm not. What irritates me about this place is that tickets are cheap enough to take your family to but then...and here goes it, the take you through the coals for parking, food, souvenirs and drinks. Making it ridiculous for a family to go and have any real fun unless they just sit there and go thirsty and hungry. Sure eat before you come but you'll want to have a beverage. Yes it's like any other place and those irritate me too. Lol The field is immaculate. It's very pretty to look at and so is the building and land. All well manicured and kept up. Looking brand new in fact. Plenty of seating and areas to hang out. People seat hop constantly. Speaking of seats they're really uncomfortable. We wiggles in our seats constantly. It became annoying. I do like they have cup holders on them tho. Fun games to watch while there is a lull in the game. But after awhile the game becomes boring, slow and even mundane having us leave about 11/2 hours into the game each time we go. Sad right? It's just us and how we are. I recommend going to at least one game a year. Go early if you do because parking becomes a nightmare.

Ballpark food at its finest and great entertainment to go with it. Dancing field help. Musical inflatable chairs. Fireworks. All around class act. Whether the team is good or bad there is fun for all including a rock climbing wall. Tacos are the best also. Popcorn with just the right amount of butter and salt mixture.
