“My first Cigar lounge experience ever! Ive seen these places on socials and such but never got to go till my bachelor party. What a neat place! Walking in you see all ranges of nicotine products. Vaping and other devices are prominent upon entry. As you move through you see pipes and lighters for all your combustible tobacco. Then the best part! The walk in Humidor! This is an experience no matter the size! This one is on the small size but id recommend to visit even just to take it the sensory delight of it.
We grabbed a few cigars and headed back to the lounge. The lounge, as you can see in the pictures attached, is cozy. Perfect for conversation as you partake in the relaxing atmosphere or a good smoke. The ventilation is pretty good! The smoke always had a rising motion to it. It didnt have a fog of war effect across the room. It did not smell like a giant ash tray as one might expect. We got some waters before sitting down and that really showed the hospitality of the place. Such a friendly and helpful staff! These people love their customers. If I am ever back in the Ft Wayne area again, I will certainly want to pop in here! You should to!”

They even got water in the cooler and pop! The staff here is awesome, very nice, laid back. Them folks that are locals know what is up.”

“This staff was EXCELLENT 10/10. It is the little things. Letting me borrow a pen and giving me a 20% discount then signing me up for rewards withmore discounts!! But also they help me personally heal a little more. Before my mother, 58 passed she always carried a specific one and done metal piece in her pocket for 20 years. It was lost when my house burned down. NOW after 4 years of searching the gentleman stopped what he was doing and help me figure out what she had AND where to find it. They have a huge and varied selection, good prices and are very pleasant and helpful. There is a very good selection of shisha and hookahs along with all the necessary accessories. Ide just like to say I still give it 5 stars, Jason, Shelly, and the others who I dont know their names, always treat me great. They know what I want and have it on the counter when I walk in the door because im there almost every day. If it was not for this staff, I would go to belmont that is just down the street. This is a great staff, they talk to me, ask how my day is going and iteract with me, not like a damn kroger cashier. Should get a raise if it was up to me.”

“I stopped by this place with a few friends, and honestly, it was a pretty chill experience. It’s definitely a 21+ spot and more focused on smoking products, which isn’t really my thing since I don’t smoke or drink. But even then, I didn’t feel out of place at all.
The vibe inside is relaxed and easygoing. Nothing felt rushed or uncomfortable. We were just hanging out, looking around, and talking, and it felt like one of those places where you can just spend time without feeling pressured to buy something. The layout is clean and everything is displayed nicely, so it’s easy to browse even if you’re just curious.
What I liked the most was how normal everything felt for me, even though I’m not the target customer. The staff were cool and respectful, not pushy at all, and they treated everyone the same. That made a big difference.
For me, it wasn’t really about what they sell, it was more about the experience of being there with friends. We had a good time, laughed a lot, and just enjoyed the moment.
So even if you don’t smoke, you can still have a good experience here. It’s a nice spot to hang out and spend time with friends.”

“This was a delightful experience. We were in town for the first time for a conference and decided to stop on on our last night. The drinks were great and not over priced, everyone working was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was perfect. We sat outside and enjoy the music. We will be doing there again when we are in town.”
