“Great experience. Had my car dropped off over the weekend for them to check out on Monday. Suspected a faulty alternator and they called early Monday to confirm the issue and give a repair quote, was fixed by early afternoon. Nobody unearthed any mysterious additional problems to fix or tried to up-sell extra services; they fixed what was wrong and my car is running great again. Will definitely be using them again for any future issues my vehicles have.”

It's behind the Shell station off Lima road near Till road. Their prices are very reasonable. I have an older vehicle. They don't push pricey repairs I don't need. I get a good vibe from this shop. I feel like they are honest and not going to rip me off. I've found a new shop to take care of my car.”

“I had an issue with a boat on a trailer while traveling on I-469 bypass which rendered the trailer un-towable. Called Blue Eagle and Chris showed up in a very reasonable time for a Saturday (less than 20 minutes from when he called). He took great care of my boat and trailer. He got it up on the flatbed with absolutely no damage and got it to the destination. I would 100% recommend Chris and Blue Eagle for any problems you have in the Ft. Wayne area. 5 stars plus.”

“I’m also a plumbing service provider, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Campbell’s on a Sunday night. I was just leaving a job in the Waynedale area when my work van suddenly shut down in the middle of traffic at a stoplight. I tried contacting my insurance company, only to discover that I didn’t have towing coverage. They offered towing service at a significantly higher rate than Campbell’s.
Before reaching Campbell’s, I had already contacted another company, but they had a three-hour towing rate and a slightly higher price. Unfortunately, the next company I tried didn’t have a working phone line. So, I finally called Campbell’s, and I was immediately greeted by a friendly voice on the other end of the phone. They immediately wanted to get someone out to help. They assured me that someone would be there in 20 minutes.
To my surprise, Austin arrived in about 15 minutes, slightly beating the estimated arrival time. He greeted me with a friendly demeanor and ensured that I was escorted to the passenger side of the vehicle to be out of the traffic. Austin got straight to work, securing the vehicle and taking me to my destination.
While he was working, he noticed something and pointed it out to me. It was informative to know that he had observed it. We had a pleasant conversation, and he explained how their process works. He also got the vehicle dropped off without any issues.
Considering the circumstances, it was a refreshing experience to receive such excellent service. As a service professional myself, I always prioritize taking care of my customers. I felt that Campbell’s followed the same principles.
I want to express my gratitude for getting me out of that unexpected and challenging situation tonight. They definitely have my business from now on, and I will recommend them to anyone else I know.”
