“Amazing customer service! My alternator went out and the Woodward crew went above and beyond to help me. I wish I had asked the guy's name because I am super grateful for him. Although they had replaced the alternator, by the time I went to pick up my car after the holidays, my car wouldn't start. The guy quickly dropped what he was doing and went to jump my battery. He immediately warned me that even though he could tell I had recently replaced my battery, that it was completely drained when he jumped it. He told me it would still be under warranty so he said he could call AutoZone to let them know I was on my way there for a replacement. Before I made it to the main road, my battery died. He had the crew go rescue my car from the road and called AutoZone. Someone from AutoZone brought over a replacement battery and Woodward immediately replaced it for me. I didn't have to do a thing! He took care of everything and got me on my way. I am so very grateful. Thank you!!!”

“I needed a simple fluid change in my E-CVT. The dealer priced this service at $270, so I called and got other quotes, then priced purchasing the OEM fluid, which cost just over $30. Fort Wayne Transmission Center charged just $50 labor, and in less than a week I had an appt and it was done! This is an old time auto repair shop, without the coffee machine, TV, or horrible piped in music, and apparently they can charge a lot less, too. Located near the Target store at Glenbrook, I went for a short walk, shopped a little. When I got back to the shop it was done.”
