Tredway put our pool in about 4 years ago and we regularly bring in water samples, receiving guidance on keeping the water balanced keeping maintenance simple for us! They are great to work with!

I had the best experience with customer service with John. I had a chipmunk get stuck in one of the pipes to our pool and he stayed on the phone with me for 45minutes troubleshooting until we got the problem solved. I am more than happy with John at tredway pools and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you again!!

Our original pool pump motor had bad bearing so I called Tredway since it's where we got the pool. And it lasted over 7 years. I told them what I had and that I wanted a new pump. He told me it was 460$. I told him my wife would stop on way home and pick it up. What she brought home was apparently a demo pump that had been used. Had water in it yet. Upon hooking it up as soon as I put inlet hose on it was leaking at the housing in 4 spots. She returned it and brought home another. They reduced the price to 320$.This one leaked in 2 spots. So I took it back the next day. That's when I found out they were selling us demo pumps. Here's my problem, I never asked for a demo pump when I called, I called them to avoid having issues buying a pump online. So now on my 3rd trip from New Haven all across town he wanted me to come back later in the day, he was having another demo pump sent over. I didn't like that idea and that's when I find out they have brand new pumps in the box right there. That's what I called for in the first place, that's what I thought we were getting first trip. Anyhow they sold me a new one for the 470$ claiming a new one was over 500. I haven't looked online yet to see what they average. Several mistakes made here. I had questioned wife why it had water in it and she said on 2nd visit they told her they were demo pumps and they tested them. The reservoirs wouldn't even hold water. Apparently there tester isn't very good or needs eyes checked. So far the new pump is working fine.
