came from Facebook marketplace where they listed some, dude delivered within a few hours at a fair price and a vacuum that looked brand new! saved me $40/$60 bucks

They checked my vacuum cleaner and they found some stuff stuck in the vacuum they cleaned all those and they took off hair from rollers with out any charge.greatly appreciated .Awesome people. I want visit again that store.

Great service. They listened when I told them the problem I was having with my Ryobi trimmer. They told me how the repair would be handled and about how long it would take. A couple of weeks later my trimmer was replaced under warranty by Ryobi.I highly recommend this small business and Ryobi.

Thank you Bill and your team at Tri State Vacuum. Brought in our Ryobi trimmer thinking we had a warranty issue. Turned out it was a user error. Something had not aligned and locked correctly. Asked how much we owed and they said free of charge. Huge blessing. Thank you so much for the quick fix!

This place has been nothing but helpful for years and years. There is nothing I have needed for my vacuum that I wasn't able to get here and for the same price or Better Price than I can get it online. Thank you guys so much for always being a friendly helpful place.

I brought a Power Wheels Mustang in to have wheels replaced. There is something to be said about local family owned businesses. The owners put their hearts and souls into making customers happy. We are just amazed at the service we received. The Power Wheels tires were replaced while we waited. Just AMAZING! Thank you for helping us out!

Drop my vacuum off about two weeks ago had to keep calling to check on it never once did they call me with an estimate they kept tell me mine was next up which obviously it wasn’t every day it was a different excuse not happy never gonna use this place again they keep telling me they’re super busy Obviously too busy to call customer and let them know that it’s gonna take a little longer than They expected do not use this place

A great shop! Nothing fancy but you're not there for tea! I dropped off my Shark Navigator on Monday and picked it up Friday. It was fixed, cleaned and worked like it was new! I'll definitely use this shop again for any repairs they are able to fix!

Paid $37 for a 6 pack of kirby vacuum bags. Online has them for $13-$15. I bet other Fort Wayne vacuum stores are better priced. Save your time, buy elsewhere. What a rip off. Never returning.
