Excellent experience renting U-haul trailer from this location. Trailer was in great condition, tires were in good condition, inside trailer was very clean. Tim did great in contacting me to ensure that my reservation was correct. He had all the paperwork completed when I arrived for the pickup. If I were not moving away from Fort Wayne I would have considered servicing my personal vehicles at his shop.

Don't reserve from this location. No one was around to help me and the correct trailer wasn't even there. Tried to contact 800 uhaul and was still on hold after 20 minutes.
