We used U-Pack for a FL to IN move at the end of Jan 2025. Everything was quick and easy. Phone calls were always answered and the person always was able to answer without transferring the call or putting me on hold. We used ReloCubes and the delivery and pick ups were on time just as promised. Would recommend.

We just moved from the west coast to the mid-west, and has the BEST experience. Every time we called I talked to a real person. They answered within minutes, and answered each question I had. I would HIGHLY recommend u-pack for any long distance move. Such an easy process and company to work with.
