There was an issue with the wall between units. I was notified, access requested and arranged, and it was quickly repaired. Very nice folks to work with.

Bad customer service got receipt for someone else e mailed to me you pay and they say you don't .....stay away from here unless you want ripped off units was auctioned off had family member had same issue never again had these units for over two years sent me a bill after auctioned off lol they take your money don't apply to rent send you other people's receipt must be the dope

I've been using U-STOR for a dozen years now without any problems. The only thing I would like to see put back in service is the use of a light in the storage unit. I would use the unit more if I could come during hours when there is not enough light outside to see in the unit.
