In search of Bare Minerals again. It should be called Bare Minimum because they never are stocked and I always have to ask and then they always suggest ordering it. This time I told her I didn't want to order it, so she suggested another brand...more expensive of course. Why don't you carry your stock? This always happens. One of the sales associates did help me with the other brand. So you have great sales associates on the floor anyway.

Worst experience ever and won’t be back.
Employees are very rude and make you feel unwelcome.
Didn’t even purchase anything and just gave the nearest worker my orange back and left.

DO NOT COME HERE. I had the worst ULTA experience ever. I am a person of color and as soon as I walked in the store, I felt the workers eyeing me and following me around like I did something wrong. I didn’t see them doing this to the caucasian customers , it was just towards me. The employee was rude to me and called the manager because it seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. Then the manager came and was more rude towards me saying there’s been a lot of fraud going on and suspicious activity. It felt very biased. They made me feel very unwelcomed. After reading their other reviews I see this wasn’t just a bad experience that I had but others have had similar experiences at this location including people of color and even apart of the lgbtq+ community. It’s a shame.

Me and my mom stopped in this past Friday to purchase some perfumes and Daisy was so sweet and helpful to me and my mom. She was really patient with me because I was indecisive at the end but shoutout to Daisy she really matched our vibes 🩷 i’m used to going in and being ignored so it was so refreshing! Hope she sees this!

Steer clear of this location if you're trans or queer.
I was shopping here with my GF last Saturday and I had a nightmare experience with the staff.
I asked a sales person on the floor for a product. She left, and then I heard loudly, that a MAN was looking for, and that's all I heard. She must have gone to front of store to ask someone about the hair product. I was maybe 4 to 5 aisles from the front of store. I didn't think anything of it at that moment.
Manager came over and said Sir, someone will be right over to help. I had no clue who she was referring to, so she said it again louder. After second time, I still didn't respond because I was still confused. After she walked away everything dawned on me what actually happened.
The folks at the checkout were super sweet as I was checking out. Just those two older ladies had their heads up their a$$es.

I am a not so glam and makeup kinda girl. The ladies here are amazing! They hooked me up with a microblade type eyebrow pencil, pore minimizer and a setting spray and a contact that can help with wigs (I have all the other stuff at home). Thank god for these ladies!

Not only was I not greeted at the door like everyone else seemed to be when I walked in, I wasn’t assisted with any help when I asked. I asked an associate for assistance unfortunately she was brand new so she asked a few other people through the mics they had on their heads, No one came to assist. After standing there doing my own research to find the product that I needed., A supervisor named Lisa walks up very rude after 10 minutes of me waiting. I told her I will figure it out on my own because no one came to help. In the middle of me explaining to her my experience, she walks off very rudely. As I’m checking out the same woman, Lisa here’s me talking to the person at the register about my experience, Lisa chimes in stating that she doesn’t care, it’s our last day, and it’s because of people like me that it’s her last day. I tell her that I’m glad that it’s her last day because it’s people like her they make me not wanna come in the store. She then begins to yell at me screaming for me to get out and that I shouldn’t be wearing that cross around my neck, which isn’t even a cross. It was African Ark, so as I am walking out the store with my merchandise, she stops and acts like she wants to hit me. I look at her and I tell her I wish you would. That’s when another supervisor named Sara walks up asking me to leave like I did something wrong. I tell her what happened not only does Sara ignore it, but she proceeded to greet customers in the middle of me telling her what happened. She doesn’t de-escalate the situation she does not pull me to the side. She does not ask what she can do to help the situation, instead she says she has to go pee and for me to have a good day. I have never been treated like this at any Ulta. This was my first time ever in this store. , And I am disgusted. It doesn’t matter if it was her last day I should’ve never got treated that way and Sara should’ve handled the situation differently. I asked Sara was there audio with the recording Sarah State yes and there’s other people that got you recorded as well. As if I
did something wrong.. This experience was so mortifying to me. I don’t even know how to feel. The absolute worst store ever. Do not go here.

Absolutely terrible. Do not come here for salon services. My appointment had been cancelled twice. First time understandable due to stylist being out sick, but second time cancelled morning of without reason through an automated text message. Would not recommend to anybody. Inexcusable. That is terrible customer service.

Met the sweetest worker at Ulta! Victoria Lee was helpful and kind with my little ones! Will definitely be recommending this location for any Ulta runs.

I came in last night with $800 dollars to spend. I am a make-up artist and once a year I go and replenish my kit entirely.
I had a bag FULL of stuff and not once did I get asked if I was finding everything okay, if I needed help, anything.
INSTEAD, the older lady that works here followed me around the store I'm assuming because I had my baby in a stroller. Felt like I was being stalked for what I'm assuming was shoplifting?
Felt very off putting especially seeing as how she didn't ask me anything at all.
Spent 786 dollars there and I wish I would've gone to the other location.
I've worked retail before, if I would've seen me with a bag full of product, I wouldve known I had money to spend. Probably would've bought more if I were given any recommendations at all.
Disappointed that instead, I was treated like a delinquent. 👍

Customer service is consistently disappointing. The check out experience last night was typical. TERRIBLE. I am continually amazed at the lack of consideration and general respect from the employees. They are rude, disrespectful, dismissive, difficult to interact with. This has been my experience every time I have been in this store. Last night was the worst, prompting me to write a review. Not that I expect it to make a difference at all.
It’s just a shame that ULTA. tolerates this behavior.
