Was just at the store and boy was it packed! Didn't catch the employees names, but the two guys working were rockstars. The line was moving quickly and they weren't frantic or rude despite the busyness. I got my return done super fast and easy.

This is a great location for Amazon returns since Kohl’s is not the preferred location any longer. I find staff friendly and very easy to work with. My wife did note that later on in the day it can get quite busy but off hours I have not been disappointed.

Whether I am shipping or processing a return from Amazon, the employees ar the location on W Jefferson are always friendly, prompt and professional. UPS is my favorite shipping company.

Everytime I use this location the staff are incredibly nice. They are patient and pleasant no matter how long the line is. So nice to have an errand not be a stressor.

The clerks are always helpful and friendly. I had some very heavy items to return and the clerk helped me with splitting the items into two boxes to limit the weight and dimensions of each box to keep shipping costs down. Also, it’s in a convenient location.

This Jefferson store charges for printing receipts and bags for Amazon returns. The Dupont location does not. Caveat emptor.

Had an issue with a package unknowingly needing a signature so delivery attempts were unsuccessful, attempted to pick up at the access point they left me but the access point never had a package for me, their 1800 number is automated and impossible to talk with a live person, I went in person to both the Coventry location and the Independence Dr location (since the Coventry location told me to just stop in at the Independence Dr location to pick up my package), when I went to the Independence Dr location they said I would need to contact customer service or wait another business day before my package could be dropped off at the access point but that I couldn't pick it up there. All I've been asking this whole time is for someone to verify that the package will be dropped off at the access point and not returned to sender like the online tracker says. I attempted to sign the liability waiver on the slip they left me on my door but they wrote me a note that said they wouldn't accept that. No one seems to know what is happening or where packages are or how their own process works meanwhile I'm trying to keep a very sentimental item from getting returned to sender and possibly discarded. Literally the worst service I've ever had.
