“Today I returned a battery operated toy that didn’t seem to work. BETSY tried new batteries with no success. Then she cleaned the area where the batteries were and got the toy working. It was a cute toy I wanted to have for my grandson to play with. Thank you BETSY !!!!!”

“The donation process is simple, usually pretty quick and fair. Finding items is easy with everything labeled nicely. The store was neat and clean. The ladies working were so kind to not only me but also my kids.”
