The blonde lady who helped me submit my passport application was so charming and sweet and the process went way quicker than expected (granted you have all the paperwork filled out and on hand) great experience.

The manager and supervisor here or maybe a distribution center in the area(they were both in Fort Wayne Indiana, the people that replied) are absolutely horrific human beings and pathological liars. USPS lost 2 of my packages and they both tried blaming me for them losing the packages. The manager went further and decided to lie about USPS finding my packages. This is insanely messed up to provide false hope in such a serious situation. That pathological liar was trying to make it so I wouldn’t even qualify for the insurance money, had I listened to her. If I had listened to her, I would have potentially went past the deadline to file for the insurance that isn’t even good enough to cover the items values. I was provided no warning USPS will rob you in the event your package goes missing and it doesn’t have the proper insurance amount on it. I was always sold packaging insurance as an opinion if you don’t want to do things the hard way. I’ve never had a worse experience with a manger than I did here. Since filling a missing mail search request on one of the packages, USPS’s website has not worked to allow me to login and file the claim on my other missing package. I’ve been trying daily for a month, multiple times daily. I believe this to be intentionally malicious because that’s a required step in order to file for an insurance claim.

I have informed delivery and I swear there has been numerous occasions where I’m told by email what is coming only for it to never show up ever. Mail from social security administration and FSSA office have never showed up and I can’t get any explanation for the mail not showing up.

Delivered our package to the wrong address. Tried to file a complaint and a misdelivered mail search but their website just keeps crashing. Cant get ahold of someone on the phone. Person who recieved our package kept it.

I needed to get my books weighed and postage rates for mailing them to buyers. The lady at the front counter was extremely friendly, patient with me and helpful. Very happy with my experience here.

What a nice post office. The clerk was so nice. She took the time to help a few lost souls find their way walking
Easy in and out. Parking lot set up very nicely.
Very courteous and friendly staff.
I don't understand why their ratings are so low.

Absolutely the Worst!!! This is a perfect example of why government services and employees have a bad reputation. First, the website would not allow for scheduling a passport appointment. So I did a walk in passport visit based on the hours listed on the website. When I got there the clerk told me they only do walk in’s on certain days, which of course was not the day I was there. When I told her their website wasn’t working for scheduling appointments and it listed walk in options as M-F. She literally shrugged her shoulders and told me to come back on a walk in day. Horrible, horrible, service!!

I went today in hopes of getting a new passport. I knew that it was walk in only for a few hours so I gave it a shot. Everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous and helpful. Luckily I only had to wait for maybe 15 minutes. Thank you for making this easy for me. Keep up the good work

I’ll give it five stars only because when I came in today there was this really nice lady her name was Michelle I recommend her she helped me in the kindnesses way ever I have been there four times already and no one seemed to care about my situation until today when Michelle explained us through it and read everything to make sure I wouldn’t need anything eles but everyone else where rude and looked like they didn’t care at all

Lots of my mail was stolen from my personal PO Box, all of my identity documents were slowly stolen while I had my PO Box at this location! Walter should be Fired!
