Leaving a bad review for our poor experience getting kids passports. We were told last week that we could come back the following saturday with passport photos to complete the process. We stopped in this following Saturday and were told that they could provide service because there was only one person working and that they could schedule something for us but it would be 6 weeks. Told us we could drive to the other locations but you wont have time to get there in time becuase their walkin hours end at 10: 30 am. Waste of time and frustrating

Haley went above and beyond to make sure I got my package that was sent to my old address. She was personable, professional, and very helpful.

Missy is so nice and helpful. I just moved here and didn’t want to buy all the stuff
I already have in a box I haven’t unpacked.
She made a label for me by hand.
She is so pleasant and it shows she loves her job and the people she serves.
The other Post Office on Stellhorn need to get some people skills and hire more employees like Missy.

When I got to the post office today there was a fairly large line. After preparing myself for a long wait, I was pleasantly surprised to find the line moved very quickly. As I got closer to the front I learned that they were short staffed today and one of the women working the counter was the manager. Both her and the other woman working the front desks were extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. Even though they were slammed they both didn’t show any signs of stress. I hope they see this and just know they made my day a little better after spending a stupid amount of time dealing with the usps website and automated phone system.

WORST customer service ever!!!! They busted open a package and tried to say" we have no idea how it happened." Ruined an Elvis collectable in its original box. Thanks so much for destroying my purchase. And you wonder why people do business less and less with USPS.

Someone named “Anne” at the counter was extremely passive aggressive to customers and whoever she worked with. She did not want to do her job whatsoever and was the absolute worst to have take care of people at the front counter. She needs fired, respectfully. Awful customer service and im sure awful person to work around.

I’ve had many good experiences here over the years, tbh.Today, however, there wasn’t even a single person working the counter when I came in during normal business hours. The only employee was on break. Something to consider before you come in, you may have to wait for the one employee to return back from break.
