Bunch of money hungry crooks. Had a package mailed to the previous address through no fault of my own. Called the store to change my address BEFORE it was delivered. Got all the shipping info. Called UPS and the USPS. NO ANSWER FOR 2 STRAIGHT DAYS. Friday I get an alert my package is ready to be delivered. No delivery. So on Monday mail gal knocked on my door. I greeted her and reached for my package. She stepped back and said i owed $10 in postage. WHAT?!Now I could see if they had to redeliver across town, but I'm one block from the incorrect address on the same apartment complex and can see my old building. Carrier could have walked it over IF someone had answered their phones.Just talked to a manager and she said someone had to pay for the redelivery fee. A new label and sitting in the post office over the weekend is NOT worth $10 and I'm not paying it. Long story short they are shipping it back. So they'll pay for it to go back to a warehouse FOR FREE as a refused package but won't deliver it a block for free?! Makes perfect sense. Ugh!

The woman who runs the front desk is one of the worst person(s) in customer service I've had the displeasure of dealing with. She works in a community of minorities yet is condescending, racist, and rudd to the Burmese community and people of color. This is unacceptable

You are charged $40 for the key to have the privilege of having a mail box here where I live; USPS will refuse to deliver packages or certified mail even if you are home, instead leaving a letter they "tried" to deliver in your mail box but they don't even come to your door, and even when you sign up for redelivery still give you same story, so then you have to figure out how to get to the post office before they close at 5:30. UPS and Amazon don't have this issue and delivered shipments to our door with no issues?

This place is horrible, bad attitude especially overweight lady with Karen hair looking. Give 2 stars for a few new employees, they are nice. Also mailman is very lazy and dishonest. Coupons thefts
