Terrible customer service, the male employee they have working 1st shift at the counter sounds mentally incompetent and will hang up the phone if a basic request confuses him. Do not go here, use another branch.

I received a pink slip in my mailbox saying I missed a delivery but the mail carrier never got of his van to come knock on the door to see if we were even home. I have a ring camera. Lazy.

Bs service, very upset with this post office, I can’t understand how u can’t verify a simple address, I literally just got this box…..Canterbury right there, y’all can do a simple inquiry for a simple package …. Garbage service !!!! U guys ain’t even try, Kmft

For almost two years now we have been complaining about our carrier driving through our yard and causing damage. We have gone to the office with pictures and keep getting told they would address the problem and also have the supervisor call us. The problem has not been corrected nor has the supervisor called. Oddly enough now we have not received any mail for a week. You can see how far she drives into the yard.

USPS is awful, my shipment has spent 6 days in Indianapolis and it only took 3 days to get from Sweden to New York. What a joke.

This post office is really slow. I shipped a package to Ohio on Dec. 19th and it's still in sorting. I will never go there again.

Been dealing with the post office for little over a year now. I’ve been to the Stellhorn location more times than I can count on my toes and fingers and they’re no help whatsoever. I haven’t been getting my mail the way I should have and they refuse to help me. I’ve had mail that’s been sent out weeks ago but for some odd reason they can’t seem to locate and they claim it’s my fault as if I deliver my own mail. I’ve put in multiple service requests and tried to reach out to supervisors but of course I get 0 help and no information on my mail. Whoever reads this for future reference, please choose a better post office with more professional staff and better mail carriers

Friendly folks here that move the line along pretty quickly. Self-service kiosk is helpful.
